Chris Brown Completes Community Service; Tour With Trey Songz Back On Track
TREY SONGZ And CHRIS BROWN
Chris Brown’s commu- nity service has been served, so now he can rock the stage again!
As reported, Brown’s planned tour with Trey Songz had to be temporarily canceled due to his probation obligation.
Now that he’s finished his 1,000 hours of community service, he can move forward with plans for his joint “Be- tween the Sheets” tour.
Brown took to Twitter to apologize to fans for his error. Brown was emotional after his completion, however he at- tended a Grammy pre-party on Sunday.
The tour was originally sup- posed to begin in Brown’s home state of Virginia on Jan. 27 in Hampton Va., but it has officially been rescheduled to kick off on Feb. 12 in Sunrise, Florida.
The rapper Tyga will join Breezy in place of Trey Songz on some of the shows.
R&B Crooner Jaheim Signs New Record Deal
Causes Community Backlash
Kanye West was identi- fied by Jay Z’s company Roc Nation as the A-list performer who staged a 45-minute con- cert on Thursday in the Flat- iron District before the NBA All-Star weekend — a move that had residents furious.
The concert was held at the Flatiron Plaza at 23rd Street and Broadway. Jay Z attended, but it was unclear if he would perform. A party was held afterward at his 40/40 Club.
Set-up started at midnight Tuesday.
City officials had said the concert was being organized by a third-party producer working with the NBA. But the NBA has since distanced itself from the event after commu- nity backlash.

Community Board 5, which opposes the concert, sent a letter to Mayor de Blasio last month.
“The city is committed to ensuring safety at all events while minimizing traffic dis- ruption and impact on local residents,” said Emil Lis- sauer, a director at Citywide Events Coordination and Management.
The entire All-Star week- end is expected to bring in al- most $200 million, officials said.
R&B artist and music world vet, Jaheim has signed a new record deal with BMG Primary Wave Label Services, and is back in the studio working on his sev- enth studio album.
His new music will be re- leased this fall/winter 2015.

Suge Knight’s Health Failing In Jail; Fight About His Portrayal In NWA Movie
Kanye West put his ego aside for the sake of Paul McCartney at the Grammys when they played their song “FourFiveSeconds” with Ri- hanna.
West and McCartney collaborated on several songs that will be featured on West’s upcoming album. But when the duo released a sin- gle in January, “Only One,” young fans of West’s weren’t familiar with the world fa- mous former Beatle and left comments that West was going to “make McCartney a star.”
McCartney was “hurt that West’s fans didn’t know
Rihanna, Paul McCart- ney and Kanye West at the Grammys.
who he was ... so West wanted to make sure he gave props to the legend, and to make him the star of the show at the Grammys.”
West at one point even inserted McCartney’s name into a verse.
Marion “Suge” Knight
will remain behind bars for the next six weeks while lawyers prepare for a hearing that prosecutors said Monday could include evidence of other crimes.
Knight is currently charged with murder, at- tempted murder and hit-and- run.
Allegedly Dr. Dre’s not asking Suge Knight for per- mission to include his likeness in the movie “Straight Outta Compton” is what prompted the fight that resulted in Knight being charged with murder.
Suge got word he was in- cluded in the film, and wanted to talk to Dre about how he was being portrayed. Suge’s acquaintance, Terry Carter helped set up the meeting.
As for what Suge was so worried about — a new trailer for the movie was just re- leased, and there is a character whupping someone in a studio ... who looks just like Suge.
Unfortunately for Suge,
his sit-down with Dr. Dre never happened because –

eventually ran over both Sloan and Carter with his truck. Carter died.
The decision to keep Suge jailed came at a hearing that also shed light on Knight’s hospitalization last week after he pleaded not guilty.
His attorney, David Ken- ner, said the co-founder of Death Row Records passed out and had serious breathing problems after his arraign- ment.
Knight sat with his head cocked to the side during much of the hearing convened to discuss possible bail.
Knight, 49, is due back in court on March 20. If con- victed, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
