Information Slowly Leaking Out About Dr. Dre’s TV Show With Apple
TV Company Said RHOA Star Never Paid Them For Work To Launch Cable Network
“Facts of Life” star Kim Fields has hit back at her ex- business partner’s claims that she screwed them out of $165,000 over work they pro- vided over a planned TV net- work.
Fields – who also starred for one season of the “Real House- wives Of Atlanta” – said in court papers that A/Way Pro- ductions Group LLC’s claims are nonsense and has headed to court demanding their lawsuit be thrown out.

Fields is demanding $165,000 in damages after it said Fields reneged on a deal to pay them to help her launch two televi- sion networks.
A/way Productions Group,
LLC said in July 2015, Fields contacted them seeking ser- vices as a TV programming pro- ducer to develop, oversee, and acquire television and online programming for two prospec- tive networks. The actress is launching both “The Grand Life Network” and “The Refresh Network.”
A/way Productions signed up with the actress to work on the potential networks. They were to be paid $15,000 a month for a period of 24 months.
Reality Star Kandi Burruss Sued By Ex Employee For Unpaid Wages And Overtime
By all reports, Kandi Bur- russ is a successful business- woman, but it appears that one of her former employees has an issue with her business prac- tices. According to RadarOn- line, Johnnie Winston, an event planner, studio manager, production coordinator, and general do-it-all claims that he’s owed overtime pay in addition to a minimum wage salary.
According to documents ob- tained from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Winston is suing Burruss and Kandi Koated Entertainment for “failure to pay overtime and minimum wage in violation of the Fair

Labor Standards Act of 1938.” Winston, who served as a studio manager, event planner and production coordinator from August 3, 2013 to Febru- ary 29, 2016, claims Burruss failed to pay him wages for time spent working in the recording
studio, planning events, run- ning errands, preparing meals for events, performing handy- man and housekeeping duties, attending meetings, and more.
In the October 27, 2016 law- suit, Winston claims he was ordered to attend mandatory meetings twice each month and to be available to work seven daysaweekfor10to12hoursa day. Throughout his employ- ment, he was reportedly paid for five days a week.
In Burruss’ response to the lawsuit filed on November 28, 2016, she denied the allegations against her.
Burruss asks the complaint be dismissed with prejudice.
Podcaster Taxstone Arrested For Troy Ave Shooting In NYC
Daryl “Taxstone” Camp- bell was taken into custody on Monday in connection with the shooting which left Brooklyn rapper Roland “Troy Ave” Collins injured and his body- guard Ronald “Banga” McPhatter dead.
According to the New York Times, Taxstone’s DNA was found on the gun used in the violent Irving Plaza encounter from last year.
The evidence was apparently discovered on the 9-millimeter Kel-Tec semi-automatic hand- gun’s trigger, hand grip, and magazine.
Taxstone was reportedly seen on video in the green room with Troy Ave and McPhat- ter prior to the gunfire break- ing out.
Tax was arrested at his aunt’s house in East New York, said a report by the New York Daily News. “He was arraigned Tuesday.
Taxstone is one of the most popular podcasters for his brazen, brash and outspoken manner of speaking to his audi- ence. He also has previous con- viction on weapons and robbery charges in Brooklyn, reports say.

Taxstone was arrested on Monday for the shooting at T.I.’s con- cert in New York last year, leaving Troy Ave’s bodyguard dead.
More information is creeping out about Dr. Dre’s upcoming “top secret” project with Apple.
Dr. Dre’s longtime partner Jimmy Iovine revealed some of the details about Dre’s new TV show during an appearance at the Television Critics Associ- ation’s winter press tour on Saturday (January 14) at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena, California.
Iovine was there promoting the upcoming Allen Hughes documentary “The Defiant Ones,” which centers around
his longtime relationship with Dr. Dre and their success-
ful businesses over the years including Death Row Records Aftermath Records and Beats by Dre, which eventually sold for $3 billion to Apple.
Iovine said the new series Dr. Dre is working on with Apple will be scripted, and wil be based on Dr. Dre’s life and career, which also includes dis- covering artists like N.W.A Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Em- inem, Kendrick Lamar and others.
