Tyson Forced To Sell His Pet Bengal Tiger Because She 'Ripped Somebody's Arm Off'
MIKE TYSON
Mike Tyson has revealed
that he was forced to sell his pet Bengal tiger after she ripped someone's arm off.
The former heavyweight boxing world champion opened up about why he had to part with his beloved wild cat, named Kenya, after 16 years of being together.
“I did have a pet tiger, her name was Kenya and she was around 550 pounds. I had a great affection for her; I kept her, I slept with her, I kept her in my room. She stayed with me; I had her for about 16 years. But she got too old and I had to get rid of her when her eyes and her head got bad. Oh, and she ripped somebody’s arm off," Tyson told GQ mag- azine.
Clemson Left Out Of Playoff In First CFP Rankings Of Season
The College Football Playoff Committee on Tuesday re- leased its first rankings of the season, and there are two big takeaways.
One, they have Ohio State ranked No. 1. Two, they have the defending national cham- pion Clemson Tigers ranked fifth, which means they would not be in the four-team playoff currently.
Though Clemson and its fans could take the rankings as a sign of disrespect, there is no real reason for them to panic yet.
LSU and Alabama are ranked two and three and play each other this weekend. Ohio State and Penn State are ranked one and four and will meet on November 23. At least two of the teams currently ahead of Clemson will end up with a loss, so if Clemson goes unbeaten, they will make the playoff.

Deal Before Rape Retrial
Atlanta Hawks forward John Collins was off to a hot start this season after enjoying a breakout year last year, but he could now be forced to sit out for nearly two months after violating the NBA’s anti- drug policy.
Collins has been sus- pended 25 games after he tested positive for a perform- ance-enhancing drug called Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 2, the NBA announced on Tuesday. The 22-year-old issued a statement saying he

unknowingly took a supple- ment that contained a banned substance. He apologized and said he will appeal the 25- game ban.
Former first-round NFL draft pick Kellen Winslow, Jr. pleaded guilty Monday to raping an unconscious teen in 2003 and to sexual battery in- volving a 54-year-old hitch- hiker, according to reports.
The deal spared Winslow, who played for Cleveland, Tampa Bay, New England and the New York Jets and appeared in the 2008 Pro Bowl, from a possi- ble life sentence.
The 36-year-old former tight end, at one point one of the highest paid in the NFL, earning more than $40 mil- lion over 10 seasons, was about to be retried on six felonies. The alleged crimes including kidnapping, sodomy, forced oral copula- tion and two charges of forcible rape in San Diego County Superior Court could have sent him to prison for life if he was convicted.
In exchange for his plea, the court agreed to sentence him to between 12 and 18 years in prison for the two charges and dismiss the oth- ers.
Winslow’s attorneys said their client, the son of Hall of Fame tight end Kellen Winslow, suffers from traumatic brain injury

In June, a jury found him guilty of raping a homeless woman in Encinitas, north of San Diego.
Jurors also convicted him of two misdemeanors -- inde- cent exposure and a lewd act in public -- involving two other women.
That jury failed to agree on other charges, including the alleged rape of the hitch- hiker and the rape of the un- conscious 17-year-old girl in 2003 when he was 19.
Under the plea deal, the attack on the hitchhiker was reduced to sexual battery.

Blow-Up With Bosses
Cris Carter has been no- tably absent from his typical spot with FOX Sports 1’s “First Things First” morning show since last Thursday, and there have been conflicting reports about why. The Hall of Fame wide receiver may have been suspended, and his time with the network could be nearing an end.
Ryan Glasspiegel of The Big Lead was told by sources over the weekend that Carter has been suspended from “First Things First” pending a FOX investigation. There were no additional details provided, but Michael McCarthy of

     Tony Dungy Urges NFL
 To Get Rid Of Pass
Interference Challenges
The NFL has shown almost a complete unwillingness to overturn any pass interference call or non-call this year de- spite making such plays re- viewable, and Tony Dungy is among those who believe the league is wasting everyone’s time.
New York Giants head coach Pat Shurmur chal- lenged a pass interference non-call on tight end Evan Engram during Monday night’s loss to the Dallas Cow- boys, and almost everyone would agree there was a clear and obvious penalty. Like we have seen so many other times this season, the officials still decided not to drop a flag upon reviewing the play.
TONY DUNGY
After Shurmur lost that challenge, the success rate of coaches challenging pass in- terference calls and non-calls this season dropped to less than 10 percent. Of the 52 pass interference plays that have been challenged, the call on the field has been overturned just five times. Dungy ripped the NFL over that on Tuesday.
