WILSON
MRS. LUCILLE H. BECK
Homegoing Services for Mrs. Lucille H. Beck will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at 11 A. M. at the First Baptist Church of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Blvd., Tampa, Florida, with Minster Todd Hammond, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Joe Beck, Jr.; her parents, Will and Willie Mae Henry; her son, Donald Beck, Sr., and all of her siblings.
She leaves to mourn: her children, sons, Joe Beck, III (Gloria) and Earl Beck (Car- olyn); 8 grandchildren, Gail Gued (Kevin), Michelle Snow (Randy), Jennifer Beck, Steven Beck, LaCeda Nelson, Donald Beck, Jr., Lekeisha Cooper and Barbara Banks; 5 great- grand- children, Bridger Snow, Madi- son Snow, Jedidiah Williams, Leah Williams and Davani Beck.
Lucille was a caring aunt to a host of beautiful nieces; grandnieces; handsome nephews; and great nephews, who loved, supported, called and visited her. She leaves many wonderful and devoted friends.
Mrs. Lucille Beck was born on April 16, 1926, in Eufaula, Al- abama to the parentage of Will and Willie Mae Henry. She was the 10th of 12 children. She ac- cepted Christ at the early age of 11, and continued working and serving Christ for the rest of her life.
Mrs. Lucille met Joe Beck, Jr. in 4th grade. As young adults, they became sweethearts and joined in holy matrimony on December 24, 1949. Soon after this union, 3 sons were born, Joe Beck, III, Donald and Earl.
Lucille and Joe relocated to Tampa, Florida, in the Progress Village neighborhood. They were among those who were in- strumental in the early develop- ment of First Baptist Church of Progress Village. She was an ac- tive member of the Deaconess Board, the #1 Choir and the Usher Board. She continued serving until her health failed.
There will be viewing Mon- day, August 12, 2019 from 5-8 P. M., with the family present to receive friends from 6 – 7 P. M., at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa.

Mr. Antwain Diggs was born on February 21, 1980, to the parentage of Mr. Eddie Diggs, Sr., and Mrs. Hattie Lee Diggs, in Tampa.
He attended Hillsborough County Schools and went into adulthood spending quality time with his family until he met the love of his life at 23 and they began to build their life and fam- ily together until God called him home.
Antwain enjoyed in his life spending time with his family, fishing, cooking, coaching foot- ball, making clothes for his daughter, boating, and grilling, affectionately known as the grill master.

Mrs. Hortense Jones Jacobs answered the call of her Heavenly Father on Friday, July 26, 2019, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. A viewing will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019, at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa at 11 a.
m. She was born in Tampa, Florida on February 12, 1958 to the late Clarence Jones, Sr. and Viola Jones Alexander.
Mrs. Jacobs was preceded in death by: her brothers, Jerome Jones and Clarence Jones, Jr.; sis- ter, Teresa Jones Green; and nephew, Tavares Jones.

MRS. JACQUELYN JOANN JOHNSON
We are saddened to report the death of Mrs. Jacquelyn Joann Johnson. Her Life Celebration will be held at 2 p. m. on Sunday, August 11, 2019, at Mt. Calvary Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 4902 N. 40th Street, Tampa, Florida, Senior Pastor Curtis B. Crider, with Pastor Pierre Fran- cois, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Jacquelyn was born to Lucy Washington and Logan Sanders on January 23, 1938 in Lakeland, Florida. She attended Rochelle High School, where she played softball, basketball and was a cheerleader. She later met and married the late Eugene “Mail- man” Johnson. Mrs. Johnson worked and retired from GTE after thirty-plus years of service. Jackie was an avid reader, en- joyed baking, shopping, and watching basketball. Jacquelyn was a former member of St. Luke A. M. E. Church. She later joined and got baptized at Mt. Calvary SDA Church.
Mrs. Jacquelyn Joann John- son is survived by: her children, Daryl, Eugene (Skip) and Danita.
Jackie’s grandchildren are: Ashli, Alex, Monique, Max, Brianna; and great- granddaugh- ter, Amari; and son-in-law, Ter-
rell Bass.
In passing, Jackie is also sur-
vived by: siblings, Gregory Williams, Betty Walker, Burnetta Johnson, Ralph Johnson, Duane Johnson, Toni Tucker, Taryn Washington and Valda Washing- ton; long-time friends, Faye Hen- ley, Ann Sullivan, Gertrude Sheals, Jeanette Woods and many family and friends.

Mr. Isaac Powell was born in Tampa, on April 29, 1937 to the parentage of Eddie Powell and Beulah Mae Powell. He gradu- ated from Middleton High School, where he played baseball and was a member of the March- ing Band. Mr. Powell was an em- ployee with the State of New York.
