MR. DALLAS LEE GILLYARD, JR.
Mr. Dallas Lee Gillyard, Jr. was born in Tampa, Florida, on September 12, 1959 to Dallas Lee Gillyard, Sr. and Mae Lizzie Mayhue Gary. He attended Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools and was a Supervisor in the Demolition Construction In- dustry. He passed on March 7, 2020 at a local hospital.
Dallas Gillyard, Jr. was preceded in death by: his mother, Mae Lizzie Mayhue Gary; brothers, Nathaniel, Thornton, and Robert Gary; sister, Natasha Gary; and grandmother, Alice Mayhue.
He leaves to cherish pre- cious memories: his father: Dallas Gillyard, Sr.; children: Dialeasha Allen, Dallas Allen and Kilo Allen, Patricia Harden and Jessica Reddick; sisters: Marcell Holder (Peb- bles),Kendra Elaine Gillyard and Lizzie Mae Gary; broth- ers: John, Lee, Maddox, Ty- rone, Matthew, Thornton and Taylor Mayhue; aunts: Inez Archie, Minnie Lou Hall and Pinkey Billingster; and best friend and longtime compan- ion, Tasha Jacobs; and a host of sorrowing relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 27, 2020 from 6-8 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605. Inter- ment with immediate family present will follow on Satur- day, March 28, 2020 at 2 p. m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Av- enue, Tampa, Florida 33610.

MRS. ETHEL MITCHELL CHESTER
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Ethel Mitchell Chester “Babymae” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020, 11 a. m., at Tillman Funeral Home Chapel, 4006 Crawfordville Rd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32305. The interment will fol- low at St. Phillip AME Church Cemetery, 6200 Centerville Rd., Tallahassee, Florida 32309.
Ethel was born October 24, 1944 in Tallahassee, Florida. She was baptized at an early age at St. Phillip AME Church in Tallahassee, FL. Ethel con- tinued her Christian journey in Tampa and became a devoted member of St. Luke AME Church, where she served faithfully in several capacities, including Sunday School teacher for many years. Ethel was civic-minded and sup- ported several community- based and charitable organizations. She was a long-time member of the Red Hatters Social Club, a ladies’ group that is known for wear- ing elaborate hats.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Tommie and Henrietta (Smith) Mitchell; and sister, Hallie Mitchell.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her loving and de- voted husband, Robert L. Chester; sisters, Mary Mitchell and Runnette M. James, both of Tallahassee, FL, and Annette (Will) Smith, Dayton, OH; nieces and nephews who were like her children, Sherron Wester, Dayton, OH, Denise Atkinson and Georgetta Ben- nett, both of Tallahassee, FL, Mitchell (Connie) McPherson, Pikesville, MD, Tommie (Lisa) Bennett, Manassas, VA, Fred- die (Gwendolyn) Harris, Talla- hassee, FL; sisters-in-law, Shirley Thomas, Barbara (Dar- ryl) Smith and Dorothy Franklin, all of Tampa, FL and Delphine (Jack) Motley, Mary- land; brothers-in-law, Willie (Betty) Chester and Ernest (Karen) Chester, both of Tampa, FL; and a host of other family members and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held in Tampa, Florida at Aikens Funeral Home at a later date.

A private committal service for Mr. Otis Kitchen, Sr. of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020, will be held at Aikens Fu- neral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Rev. Valerie Goddard officiat- ing. The interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
Mr. Otis Kitchen, Sr. will be honored and celebrated in a beautiful homegoing memorial service when we are all safe and can experience a traditional ceremony of a loving reunion of family and friends.
Otis leaves many memories of treasured times together with his wife, Vivian; children, Brian (Linda), Varesa and Otis, II (Temika); grandchildren, Vontrey, Zahria and Brandon; a host of relatives and numer- ous friends. ELDER JAMES S. WOOD
A Homegoing Celebration for the immediate family of Elder James S. Wood of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020, will be held on Satur- day, March 28th, 11 a. m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Tampa, Pastor William J. Parker, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
James was born in Ken- tucky on July 16, 1938. He loved shopping and being around the Saints of God. He was a member of the Church of the Kingdom of God and de- voted his life to be a loving husband.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Rosalee Jeanette Cheatham Wood; and one son, Terry Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memories with: his children, Gregory D. Mitchell (Sharon), Glenda William (Walter), Charles Cheatham and Regi- nald Cheatham. He will be dearly missed by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

DEACON J.L. WILBURN
A Homegoing Celebration for the immediate family of Deacon J. L. Wilburn of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on, March 20, 2020, will be held on Thursday, March 26th, 11 a. m., Rev. Leroy Huff, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
Deacon J. L. Wilburn was born June 12, 1949, to Wyart and Nellie Mae Wilburn in Doerun, Georgia. He was joined in holy matrimony to Ovedia Davis in 1975. Deacon J. L. lived in Clearwater and Tampa, Florida. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in edu- cation from the University of Arkansas. He was a high school math teacher and track coach, until he retired from teaching a few years ago.
He was filled with the Holy Ghost when he was very young and attended Solid Rock Apos- tolic Church, under the leader- ship of Pastor Ovedia Wilburn, where he was a faith- ful deacon and superintendent of Sunday School and the church’s treasurer. His love for God’s Word and the church was ever present.
He always had a gentle and loving smile for everyone and willing to help anyone. He was a very special and caring hus- band and father to his sons, grandchildren and loved ones. When he set his mind to cer- tain goals, he achieved them. He was kind, humble and easy-going.
He will certainly be missed by his loving family forever and treasured by: his wife, Ovedia Wilburn; 3 devoted children, Jay El Wilburn (Cas- sandra), Jason Wilburn (Ash- ley) and Jesulene Brown (Jay); 5 grandsons, Jason, Isaac, Jacob, Aiden and Reuben; 3 dedicated brothers, Wyart, Jr., Jimmy L., and Eddie Wilburn; 1 sister, Gladys Pitts; 3 aunts, Maxine, Mary Nell and Rose; 1 brother- in-law, Arthur Davis (Lo- raine); 1 sister-in-law, Laura Philips (Benny); and a host of family members and friends; special thanks to my loyal cousin, Angie who constantly called on us and to all the other loving relatives.
A limited visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
