If Your Birthday Is Today: You have so many talents! You are creative, intelligent and likable. Adventure, exciting changes and new beginnings are the earmarks of this year. It’s time to take the initiative and clarify your goals. What you begin now will unfold in the future because this is the beginning of a fresh cycle. Your physical strength will increase this year as well.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): Business and commerce will be a stronger focus for you in the next 10 weeks because of the placement of Mercury in your chart. You might negotiate deals and discuss fi- nances and earnings more than usual. You want to define your sense of values.
Aries (March 21-April 19): Today Mercury enters your sign to stay for the next 10 weeks. (This is unusual because it normally stays in one sign for only three weeks.) This means you feel the need to talk! Yup, everyone is going to hear what you want to say.
Taurus (April 20-May 20): Expect to focus on your goals for the next 10 weeks. This is also a great time to ferret out answers and discover solutions to old problems. Research of any kind will appeal. You might also be involved in secret negotiations.
Gemini (May 21-June 20): Your interaction with younger peo- ple will increase in the next 10 weeks. You will examine and ponder your goals and expectations in life. You might also think about your relationship to a group or a club. You’ll definitely be more chatty with others!
Cancer (June 21-July 22): The planet Mercury will be at the top of your chart for the next 10 weeks. (Normally, it would be their only three weeks.) This will prompt you to think about your profes- sional goals and your status in your community. It will be an excellent time to talk to bosses, parents and VIPs.
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22): Your love of study and learning will in- crease in the next 10 weeks. (Many of you have already felt this already growing.) Not only will you be more interested in the study of foreign places and cities, you will also want to travel more. Bon voyage!
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Expect to be more involved in dis- cussions and negotiations about finances, shared property, inheri- tances and insurance in the next 10 weeks. Anything that you own jointly with others will have a stronger interest. You might also think of mortality more than usual.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): Mercury will be opposite your sign for the next 10 weeks, giving you an excellent chance to clarify issues with a partner or best friend. Hopefully, you will discuss shared expenses or the division of labor with more objectivity. (“You should take out the garbage.”).
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): You will get a lot done at work in the next 10 weeks because, ironically, not only will you want to do lots of mental work (where you pay attention to detail etc.), you are also up for doing more practical work where you roll up your sleeves and dig in.
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): The next 10 weeks will be more playful and fun-loving! You’ll be full of creative ideas. You will also be more prankish and mischievous. (Wink.) You will enjoy relaxing with amusing diversions like reading, writing and playing games, especially clever mental games.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): You might be a bit more with- drawn and introverted in the next 10 weeks. Nevertheless, during this same window of time, you will be more involved in family discussions and perhaps a family business. In addition, home repairs will probably be a focus.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Short trips, a busier pace and a fast daily tempo will characterize the next 10 weeks for your sign. This is not the time to settle down and relax. Au contraire! Grab your roller skates and take off! You’ll be talking to lots of people about wild and crazy subjects.
