Movie Theater Collecting Gently Used Formal Dresses For Young Ladies Going To Prom

Bucs’ QB Jameis Winston Takes Students To See ‘Black Panther’
Athletes around the country have been making sure school-age children have an opportunity to see the ever-popular, Black Panther. Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ quarterback, Jameis Win- ston was no different.
Last Saturday, February 23rd, he entertained more than 100 students from Legacy Prepara- tory Academy. The students joined him for a private viewing at AMC Veterans 24 Theatre. (Pho- tos by Frederick Harris)
Adults that accompanied the students: Principal Yolonda Capers, Recardo Capers, Janeen Parker-Brown, Erik Gales and Carolyn Johnson are with the students from Legacy Preparatory Academy at the theater.
Studio Movie Grill has partnered with local non- profit organizations, schools and businesses to “Grant the Wish of a Princess” by be- coming prom dress collection sites to help young women at- tend their formal events in style.
The partners will distrib- ute to young women in the local community. Any person who donates a dress will re- ceive a VIP guest movie pass that can be used at any Studio
Movie Grill.

Dresses will be collected between March 1 and March 28, 2018 at all
Studio Movie Grill loca- tions.

Chloe Coney, WWE wrestler, Titus O’Neil (Thaddeus Bullard), Principal Yolonda Capers and Dr. Samuel L. Wright, Sr. were at the theater with the students.
