AIKENS
MS. BARBARA BOSTIC-JOLLY
A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Barbara Bostic-Jolly, who passed away on May 8, 2021 will be held on Saturday, May 15th at 10 a. m., at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th St., Rev. S Even Burrows, pastor; Christopher Jernigan, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Heaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Barbara was born June 28, 1941 in Tampa Florida, to her parents, James Leavertis Stevens, Sr., and Beatrice Stevens Lasing. She attended public schools in Hillsborough County and graduated from Middleton Senior High School, Class of 1960. Barbara worked with the Tampa Housing Au- thority for several years, the City of Tampa as a meter maid, the American Building Maintenance as supervisor and the Hillsbor- ough County School System.
Barbara gave her life to the Lord at a young age at the First- Born Church of the Living God Holiness Church, where she grew in the Lord and was or- dained as a Missionary. She later became a member of First Baptist Church of College Hill, where she sang in the Senior Adult Choir and was well known as the “Sister with the Tam- bourine.” Barbara loved the Lord, His word, and her Church. For the past few years, Barbara’s
passion was attending church (any church would be okay), where she would sing songs of praise and worship to the Lord while playing her tambourine and listening to His Word. Barbara loved her family, her friends, and their friends, her doors were open to anyone in need. She was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand, no matter the need. On the weekends she loved cook- ing her signature Crab Pots and would feed the neighborhood.
Her health started to decline over the last few years and on May 8, 2021, Barbara answered her heavenly call.
Barbara was preceded in death by: her husband, Mr. Jasper Jolly, Sr.; her father, Mr. James Leavertis Stevens, Sr., par- ents, Mrs. Beatrice Stevens Las- ing and Deacon Edmund Lasing; sister-in-law, Maureen K. Lasing, and grandson, Donte Bostic.
Barbara leaves to cherish her memories: children, Darleanett Bostic Parker (Raymond), Bartholomew Bostic (Leticia) and Tangila Hymes; grandchildren, Kenneth Williams, Jr., Dominic Bostic; Sharrelyn Bell, Alleneshia Davis, Frank Kendrick, Tekeyah Kendrick, Belicia Bostic and LeTangila Bostic; great-grand- children, Shanaryah Foster, Christian Bravo, Kaiden Bostic, Christopher Haugabrook, Jr., Navaeh D. Wells, Nicholas Bostic, Frank Kendrick, Jr., TyQuise Kendrick and Donte Kendrick; sisters and brothers, Bettye Up- shaw (Pastor Carnell Upshaw),James Leavertis Stevens Jr. (Patricia) Hollywood, FL, James Leroy Stevens (Martha), Min. Sheryl Smalls (Levi), Sharrel Carter (Wayne), and Rodney Las- ing; special friends, Craig Smith and Deacon Albert Bell; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends and The Ruby Hos- pice Team.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May14th from4to8p.m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.

MS. ROSE MARIE WILLIAMS
Ms. Rose Marie Williams was born in Davenport, Florida, on September 9, 1954, to the late Manning Smith and Ernestine Williams Smith.
In the early morning hours of April 28, 2021, angels ascended upon her and escorted her home, to her reward.
She attended the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating from Middleton High School, class of 1972.
Rose accepted Christ as her personal Savior very early in life and she loved the Lord with all her heart and soul. She was well versed in the Word and served God faithfully, under the leader- ship of Apostle E. Lockhart of Miracle Faith Revivals, Inc., for more than 30 years.
Rose loved to spend time with her family and always looked for- ward to birthdays and holidays, where she was surrounded by her loved ones.
Rose was preceded in death by: both of her adoring parents, Ernestine Smith and Manning Smith, her loving brother, David Smith and her beautiful daugh- ter, Shayla Williams.
She was survived by: her chil- dren: Doniel (Leondra) Robin- son, Antwan (Sandra) Williams, Sr., Shantell (Gayland) Nance, Demetrius Williams and Jere- mey Williams, grandchildren: DawnShanique Robinson, Antwan Williams, Jr., Katoreya Williams, Dontavious Williams, Antianna Gallon, Antatianna Ghee, Zion Adams, Zevin Adams and Adrian Williams, Cedric Weems, Jr., Cedria Weems, Cameron Weem, Carmella Weems, Cherrodrick Weems and Tamiah Moore, Destiny Troupe, Deneycia Williams, Victoria Williams, Messiah Troupe, Jamie Williams and Demontrey Williams, Jermaine Williams, Jeremiah Williams and Jayceon Williams; sisters: Vivian Miller and Helen Moore; niece, Amber (Michael) Rudolph; nephew: Michael (Trynity) Miller; a host of cousins, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, friends.
The viewing will be 1-hour be- fore the service at 10 a. m. The Homegoing Service will be at Light of the World Church, 4701 North 15th Street, Tampa, Florida 33610, on Saturday, May 15th, 11 A. M.

Homegoing services for Mr. Carl Jerome Ennis, who passed away April 29, 2021, will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021, at 11 a. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610. Pastor Terrence Fleming, Powerhouse Ministries Interna- tional, officiating. The services will be held at the chapel.
Mr. Carl Jerome Ennis was born July 14, 1954, in Tampa, Florida, to parents, Charles and Orelia Ennis. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County.

With great sadness, we an- nounce the loss of our beloved one, Bro. Shaun Eric Smith. Shaun was best known to family and friends as “Shaunie Boy.” Shaun was born on May 10th, 1965 in Tampa, FL to the par- ents of Alfred and Dorothy Smith. On Sunday, May 9th, 2021 he transitioned from labor to re- ward.
A graveside celebration of love will be held on Saturday, May 15th, 2021 at 10 a. m., at Or- ange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelesa Ave., Tampa, FL.
