RAY WILLIAMS
MR. RICHARD LEE ALLEN, JR.
Mr. Richard Lee Allen, Jr. of Tampa passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March25,at2p.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
Mr. Allen was a native of Don- alsonville, Georgia and a resident of Newark, NJ for 50 years, later retiring to Chiefland, Florida.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Richard Lee Allen, Sr.; and his sister, Emma Allen.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his children, Terri Nicole Allen, Leonard Grice, Richard Allen, III, Jeanine Allen-Collins, Jenelle Ali Allen and John F. Allen, Sr.; and a host of other sor- rowing relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, March 24 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL.

MS. BERNICE S. HOPKINS
Ms. Bernice S. Hopkins of Tampa passed away Thursday, March 9, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 25, at 11 a. m. at Greater Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 1207 N. Jefferson Street, with Reverend Dr. Brett Snowden, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Ms. Bernice Sykes Hopkins, affectionately known as “Hoppy,” was a native and resi- dent of Tampa for 89 years. She was the daughter of Cleveland Sykes and Minnie Lee Jones. She attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a member of Greater Bethel M. B. Church.
Bernice married her loving husband, William Hopkins, Sr. April of 1949. They were united and blessed in union with four children. Ms. Bernice retired as a Registered Nurse from St. Joseph’s Hospital – Tampa, after 21 1/2 years of service. She also was employed by the Hills- borough County Senior Service for the past 7 years.
She was preceded in death by: her beloved parents, Cleve- land Sykes and Minnie Lee Jones; her loving husband, William Hopkins, Sr.; her great grandmother, D. B. Johnson; grandfather, Sam Johnson; four sisters, Rosanne Neal, Cleo Den- nis, Juanita and Shirley; beloved son, William “Billy” Hopkins, Jr.; and beloved daughter, Vir- ginia “Annette” Hopkins.
She leaves to cherish fond memories of love: two sons, Joseph Hopkins (Mary) and Michael Hopkins (Sheila) of Tampa, FL; sisters-in-law, Rachel Allen of Michigan, AL and Clara Hopkins of Tampa; brother-in-law, Raymond Hop- kins (Betty) of Tampa; devoted grandsons, Mark Hopkins, Ty- rome Hopkins, Tracey Hopkins; and a host of grandchildren nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins; a devoted nephew, Wayne Bran- don, Sr.; and a devoted niece, Inez Dennis; two devoted great nieces, Valarie Dennis-Cook and Latonya Dennis; other relatives and special devoted friends, Fannie Bellamy of Jacksonville, FL, Linda, Cheryl and Barbara, all of Tampa.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, March 24, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MS. CONSTANCE A. BRYANT
Ms. Constance A. Bryant of Tampa passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March25,at2p.m.atSt.John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2504 Chipco Avenue, with Reverend Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr., Pastor, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Bryant was a native of Plant City, Florida and a resident of Tampa for 45 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Marshall High School, Class of 1967. She furthered her education at Bethune-Cookman College, graduating in 1971. Ms. Bryant was a member of St. John Progressive M. B. Church. She was employed as a Head Start In- structor for the School District of Hillsborough County.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a loving son, Pastor Alphonso Lewis and wife, Angela; a devoted and loving daughter, Vondalyn Bryant; one sister, Pa- tricia Lee (Raymond, Sr.); two brothers, Jimmie Hedgmon (Jackie) and Booker T. Bryant, Jr.; five grandchildren, Trinika Lewis, Nikiah Bryant, Darnisha Stroughter, James Hardrick and Octavia Belton; six great-grand- children, Davani, Ja’Qwon, Ja’Quay, Da’Mari, Ke’Mari, Jay’Cion; nieces and nephews, Darryl, Raymond, Jr., Valerie (Doug), Yolanda (Lorenzo), Eric (Whitney), Everlea (Jonathan), Booker, III; eleven great nieces and nephews; special goddaugh- ter, Jashonda and Barbara; spe- cial sister-in-law, Tena Bryant; and special friend, Caretta Knight.

MRS. IRENE KEATON
Mrs. Irene Keaton of Tampa, Florida passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 25, at 11 a. m. at First Bap- tist Church of Progress Village, 8616 Progress Boulevard, with Reverend Dr. Samuel L. Maxwell, Sr., Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Hills- boro Memorial Cemetery, Bran- don, FL.
Mrs. Irene Keaton was a native of Camilla, Georgia and a resi- dent of Tampa for 57 years. She was educated by the public schools of Mitchell County, GA and furthered her education at Albany State. Mrs. Keaton re- tired from University Commu- nity Hospital (now Florida Hospital-Tampa) as a Certified Nurses Assistant. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Progress Village.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. Henry Session, Sr. and Mrs. Donnie Mae Benton Session; her husband of over 49 years, Mr. Noah Keaton, Sr.; sis- ters, Carrie Mae Scott and Mary Jean Session Hampton; broth- ers, Charlie Butler, Ledford Ses- sion, Sr., and Henry Session, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ory: her loving children, daugh- ters, Eleanor Wah of Tampa, Elnora Keaton Belk of Mont- clair, VA, and Tish Carlton of Tampa; one devoted son, Noah Keaton, Jr., of Tampa; two sons- in-law, Emmanuel Wah and David Carlton; one daughter-in- law, Chandra Keaton; brother, Sebron Session (Margaret); a host of adoring grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
The visitation will be held Sat- urday, March 25, one hour prior to service time (10 a. m. to 11 a. m.) at the Church.

MR. EARNEST C. MORGAN, SR.
Mr. Earnest C. Morgan, Sr. of Tampa passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Satur- day, March 25, at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Pastor Donald Lott, officiating.
Mr. Earnest C. Morgan, Sr. was born, July 25, 1948, in For- rest City, Arkansas, to loving parents, Wilmon Morgan and Laura Smothers, whom pre- ceded him in death.
He moved to Florida over 50 years ago and soon there- after met the love of his life, Linda. Mr. Morgan was a Truck Driver for many years and employed with Ryder Lo- gistics and Alro Metals before retiring. He was a gentle giant and loved by many. He lived in Wimauma, FL for many years before moving to Tampa.
Earnest was also preceded in death by: siblings, Wilmon Morgan, Jr., Avlin Morgan, Neamon Morgan, Nancy Shaw, Charlene Carter and Dorothy Hawkins.
Earnest was affectionately known as “Dagwood” and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
He leaves to cherish in fond memories: a loving and de- voted wife, Linda “Stine”; one son, Earnest “Tiger” Morgan, Jr.; one daughter, Alicia “Sherry” Morgan; three grand- sons, Devontae Morgan, Rod- ney Pertee and Radarius Pertee; two granddaughters, Ambrea Morgan and Rihanna Pertee; one great grandson, Cameron Joseph, all of Tampa; like sons, Shawn Austin, Henry Porter, Horace Porter, Dontae Porter and Russell Stephens; two sisters-in-law, Geraldine Stephens (Bruce) and Thomasina Sharp (Floyd); six brothers, Eugene Morgan (Au- drey), Dwayne “Charlie” Mor- gan, Melvin Keys, Charles Morgan, Orville Morgan (De- lois) and Gerald Morgan (Pa- tricia); eight sisters, Lillie Bee Langdon, Lela Gibbs (Charles), Katherine Morgan, Margaret Spearman, Hazel Ross, Wor- lene Borders (Samuel), Angela Avant (Terry) and Vernell Cleveland (Carliss); two step- brothers, Corneilus Fisher and Virtius Fisher, and two special nieces, Patrice Carter and Lak- isha Carter; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; special friends, Lewis Cooper, Bennie Jones, Raleigh Nelson, Herman Gay, Roy Wat- son and Wilbert Freeman.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, March 24, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
