Williams, who was known by “Mike” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, will be held October 26th, 2 p. m., at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. After serving in the military, Mike then pursued a career as a truck driver, traveling through- out the United States. Mike loved his wife, Barbara and enjoyed spending time with her. Mike made sure he lived his life to the fullest; he enjoyed talking to his grandchildren weekly. If anyone asked Mike about fishing, “No” was never an answer. Mike en- joyed fishing, no matter if it was in a boat or on the river bank the relaxing and enjoyment he re- ceived after bringing home a nice size bass or speck made his heart happy. Mike also enjoyed cooking and spent a lot of time in the kitchen creating meals from scratch. Mike was full of life, there was no dull moment, when you were around him you felt the love. The conversation, the laughs, and jokes were all in love. Mike enjoyed a good foot- ball game and talking with friends. Mike would like for you to know that his earthly work is done. He received the call, an offer he couldn’t refuse. The new assignment comes with a re- union with family and friends. This assignment will allow him to forever watch over us. Lots of love, laughter, and good health is guaranteed. With the memories of his smile and character do not mourn but celebrate, his mission here is complete.
