Oprah’s Character In New Movie Is Now A Barbie Doll
Woman Nominated For Oscar
Aretha Franklin Hand Picks Jennifer Hudson To Star In Her Upcoming Biopic
The ultimate achievement an actor can attain isn't winning an Oscar or receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but — obviously — being made into a Barbie. And last week, the women of A Wrinkle in Time received that exact honor. On Wednesday, just weeks before the movie's March 9 release date, Mattel unveiled new doll-sized ver- sions of Oprah Winfrey, Mindy Kaling, and Reese Witherspoon, AKA Mrs. Which, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Whatsit, re- spectively.
Each of the dolls is modeled to look uncannily similar to her inspiration. The Oprah/Mrs. Which doll wears a crinkly silver top, sil- ver wire corset, and burgundy

textured skirt. Her hair is done in a long blonde side braid, has matching blue eyeshadow and nail polish, and rocks oversize metallic jewelry.
At Clive Davis’ pre- Grammy party he dropped an exceptional surprise. Davis introduced Oscar and Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson to sing a couple of songs, and then told the audience that Hudson will be playing Aretha Franklin in an up- coming biopic about the life of the Queen of Soul according to Deadline.
Hudson was in fact hand picked by Ms. Franklin to play the role.
It was appropriate that Davis introduce all this, since
Mary J. Blige’s Ex Wants ‘Mo Money’
Jennifer Hudson was chosen by Aretha Franklin to play the ‘Queen of Soul’ in her upcoming biopic.
When Mary J. Blige filed for divorce in 2016 from her husband, Kendu Isaacs, Mister initially requested $100,000 per month, but was granted $30,000 in monthly spousal support.
Now, following the success of her album and the alleged role their split played in help- ing it reach acclaim status, Isaacs, reportedly requested an increase in spousal support because of it.
Blaming the success of songs like, “Love Yourself,” and “Set Me Free,” tracks he refers to as “divorce songs,” Isaacs believes Blige should increase her monthly spousal support payments to $65,000.
He is also demanding an- other $345,000 he believes she owes him for the time he worked as her personal man- ager during her King & Queen of Hearts tour.
he has such a long professional relationship with Franklin.
Ms. Franklin, 75, has a musical legacy that spans 60 years.
Hudson was the last singer to perform at the party. She sang Franklin classics Think, and Respect as part of her per- formance.
Report: American Idol Is Back And Judge Lionel Richie Will Steal The Show
Mary J. Blige and her ex- husband, Kendu Isaacs.
With the latest filing, Isaacs continues to argue that he deserves half of Mary’s earnings for work he did for her throughout their mar- riage. He’s reportedly demand- ing “half of her royalties, residuals, and commissions that Mary earned from her music, film, and TV work dur- ing their nearly 13-year mar- riage.
Yes, American Idol is coming back on Sunday, March 11 to take over your television sets once again. If you’re curious — or better yet, hesitant — about the show’s revival, don’t worry.
As for the judges, some of you will be happy to know that there is no more Simon Cowell snark floating around. The judges, which include the legendary Lionel Richie, the one and only Katy Perry, and
LIONEL RICHIE
country hunk Luke Bryan, are much more nurturing than pre- vious judges.
However, according to re- ports, it’s Lionel that will 100% be stealing America’s hearts once the show returns!
If they could vote for favorite judge it would definitely be him. He not only tells the contestants what it is they need to hear, but he really, truly wants to see them succeed.
