Harris Attempting To Get
Nelly Countersues Woman Who Claimed He Raped Her
Sentence Reduced
If Monique Greene thought Nelly was letting her sexual assault lawsuit against him go unanswered, she just found out differ- ently.
On Friday (01-26-18) the rapper filed a counter suit against her. In the suit, Nelly claims Greene made her way into the VIP section of the club he was perform- ing at and began flirting with him. He then invited her to join him on the tour bus with others. The rapper said they engaged in consensual sex, but Greene then got mad when a backup dancer en- tered the room to use the bathroom. Nelly claims
Nelly is countersuing Monique Greene.
Mendeecees Harris is attempting to get his 8- year sentence reduced for traf- ficking cocaine and heroin to the Rochester, NY region, according to reports.
The Love & Hip Hop star’s attorney is scheduled to argue before a federal appel- late court that a federal judge erred when sentencing the reality star to eight years in federal prison.
Meanwhile, federal pros- ecutors want him to serve the full sentence im- posed. Harris, is married to reality show star and artist manager, Yandy Smith. Last year, Harris’ attorney asked the judge to recon- sider the sentence arguing that he was a minor player in a drug ring that transported drugs from New York City to the Rochester area.
There was a change in the “Sentencing Guidelines Manual,” which provides recommended sentences for federal judges, shortly before

Harris’ sentence was im- posed. That change would have allowed the judge to consider a shorter sentence within federal recommended sentencing guidelines.
Prior to reporting to jail, Harris reached out to trou- bled youth — many who wrote letters supporting a shorter sentence for Harris — and counseled them about how to avoid the pitfalls he’d fallen into as a young man.
Greene became "aggressive and disruptive" and was asked to leave. She then al- legedly ordered an Uber and called police to report the in- cident.

Nelly raped her, and went on to sue him last month seeking unspecified dam- ages, after the criminal case against the rapper was dropped because she re- fused to cooperate with the investigation.
Philly Clerk Of Court Asked Meek Mill For Money For Son’s Tuition During Sentencing
An exclusive letter has been released, showing that the clerk of the court which sentenced Meek to 2 to 4 years in prison, asked the rap star for money.
Wanda Chavarria slipped a letter addressed to "Mr. Williams" asking him to pay her son's college tuition. Chavarria admitted she passed the note to Meek dur- ing his probation hearing in November, asking to fork over the money at Virginia Com- monwealth University.
"This will probably be my son's last semester at VCU if the tuition isn't paid for this year and unfortunately with my bad

credit, I am unable to secure a
loan or cosign a loan for my son," the note obtained by TMZ.com reads. "Anything you can do is very much appre- ciated. Every little helps -- please donate what you can to keep him attending VCU."
Meek Mill refused to fork over any money.
The letter adds to a list of odd requests made of Meek Mill from the court which oversaw his probation from a 2008 gun and drug arrest.
The rap star's 2-to 4-year in- carceration for a series of minor infractions has sparked a nationwide debate on the crim- inal justice system.
