Gayle King Negotiates $11M Deal With CBS News
Collection Will Include
Gayle King has doubled her salary by negotiating a new $11 million-a-year deal with CBS News, Page Six has learned.
Amid a massive overhaul of CBS’ morning show and evening news broadcasts, King will con- tinue to host “CBS This Morn- ing,” as we first reported.
We’re told her new deal is a huge boost from her current $5 million a year.
One network insider said King could be making even more.
As we reported, King — who toyed with leaving the network — went into the negotiations for her new salary looking for
King’s BFF Oprah Win- frey this week revealed she had told King to go for broke.
“I said, ‘Get what you want. Get exactly what you want, be- cause now’s the time. And if you don’t get what you want, then make the next right move,’ ” the media mogul told The Holly- wood Reporter — saying she had even pushed King’s attor- ney for her pal.
King will stay on “This Morning,” while her co-host Norah O’Donnell will leave the show and is poised to take over as anchor of “CBS Evening News,” pushing Jeff Glor out of the gig, as we first reported.
Latex And Corsets
Following the success of their instantly sold-out first collabo- ration last fall, Cardi B and Fashion Nova are teaming up again.
Set to launch on May 8, the 26-year-old Grammy winner’s second line for the fast-fashion retailer will include 107 pieces “inspired by ’80s and ’90s influ- ences, balanced with themes of empowerment and rebellion,” according to a press release.
The focus will be on “classic boudoir themes,” with corsets, latex, vegan leather and “hyper shine wet looks” among the sexy offerings — a far cry from her “corporate and poppin'” first collection, in other words.

One thing that’s not chang- ing? The affordable price point; pieces will range from $29 to $99.

Offset tweeted, then deleted his thoughts on the arrest war- rant issued for allegedly smack- ing a fan’s phone out of his hand.
“HARDEST THING I EVER DONE WAS BEING A BLACK MEN (TARGET) AND A RAP- PER (TARGET) s–t is crazy !!!” the Migos rapper posted on Thursday.
The tweet was taken down minutes later.
Police in Sandy Springs, Ga., have issued an arrest warrant for Offset, who’s married to Cardi B, over the encounter at a Target last Thursday.
The fan, Richard Gibbons, 18, told cops he spotted Offset near the exit of the store and began filming him with his phone. That’s when the rapper “came over and hit his phone,” sending it crashing to the floor, Sgt. Sam Worsham said.

phone, which was valued at $800, shattered, said Wor- sham.
Cops are charging Offset with criminal damage of prop- erty in the second degree, a felony.
“At this time, we’ve been in contact with his attorney and we’re making arrangements for him to turn himself in,” said Worsham. “At this time, he has not turned himself in. The warrant is still active.”
Keyshia Cole and her boyfriend, Niko Khale, are ex- pecting! Last summer, Cole trolled fans into thinking that she was pregnant in an effort to make a larger statement on body shaming but on Thursday (May 2) the R&B singer, who has been quiet on social media lately, re- vealed her growing baby bump on Instagram.
“Mother's Day is coming I’m ready for all the love and great energy,” Cole captioned a photo cascade that featured Khale who gushed over her in the com- ment section. “Excited to take on this journey with you

baby...What a blessing. I love you,” he wrote.
Khale reposted the preg-
nancy pic on his Instagram ac- count with a caption praising Cole as a “strong independent woman.”
“Blessed to have you as a partner in life as well as the mother of my child. God is great.” Cole responded that she’s so happy to have found someone who loves the way that she does.
Cole, 37, and Khale, 23, have been happily dating for more than a year. The Bay Area native has a 9-year-old son, DJ, with her ex-husband, former NBA player Daniel “Boobie” Gibson Jr.
Drake Now Has The Most Billboard Awards Ever
Snoop Dogg is not happy with Facebook, or any social media platform for that matter. The veteran rapper recently hopped on Instagram on Thurs- day (May 2) to call Facebook out for banning Minister Louis Farrakhan from its platform for alleged hate speech.
"I want to know for what?" Snoop asked, referring to the recent ban. "All he ever do is tell the truth. But ya'll gone ban him though?" What if we stop f**king with yall?"
Snoop made the argument that there are far worse public figures to ban on social media than Minister Farrakhan. "I stand with him. I'm with him. Ban me motherf**ker," he con- tinued. "I'm gonna keep putting him out there. I'm gonna keep. That's my dear brother... That ain't right. It's a bunch of moth- erf**kers ya'll can ban, but you chose Minister Farrakhan."
Snoop Dogg Blasts Facebook For Banning Minister Louis Farrakhan
LAS VEGAS, NV – Drake made history at the 2019 Bill- board Music Awards as the new front runner for most Billboard wins. He beat the record, previ- ously held by Taylor Swift with 23 awards, with a total of 27 wins after racking up 12 more awards at this year’s ceremony. “I just want to thank my mom for her relentless effort in my life,” he said in his acceptance speech.
“All the times you drove me to piano, all the times you drove me to basketball and hockey...that clearly didn’t work

out,” he joked. “No matter how long it took me to figure out what I wanted to do, you were always there to give me a ride, and now we’re on one hell of a ride.”

As previously noted, Face- book banned the minister as well as other public figures for violat- ing its strict policy against dan- gerous individuals and organizations that potentially advocate for hate and violence.
A Facebook spokesperson told CNN Business that the com-

pany has "always banned indi- viduals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology. "The process for evaluating po- tential violators is extensive and it is what led us to our decision to remove these accounts today," they said.
