Trump’s Re-Election Campaign Uses Photo Of School Shooting Victim To Asks For Donations
Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s memoir will be pub- lished on Nov. 13, its publisher announced on Sunday.
"Becoming," which will hit stores one week after the midterm elections, will be re- leased in 24 languages and as an audiobook read by the former First Lady.
“Writing BECOMING has been a deeply personal experi- ence. It has allowed me, for the very first time, the space to hon- estly reflect on the unexpected trajectory of my life,” Mrs. Obama said in a statement. “In this book, I talk about my roots and how a little girl from the South Side of Chicago found her voice and developed the strength

to use it to empower others. I hope my journey inspires read- ers to find the courage to become
whoever they aspire to be.
"I can’t wait to share my
story.”
The memoir will focus on
the experiences that have shaped Mrs. Obama while also offer- ing insight into her time in the White House.
Her publisher, Crown Pub- lishing Group, called the book an “unusually intimate reckoning from a woman of soul and sub- stance who has steadily defied expectations—and whose story inspires us to do the same.”
Mrs. Obama will promote the book with appearances in the U. S. and overseas.
The Obamas were report- edly paid $60 million for their memoirs.
According to CNN, this photo was used to get money for Trump’s reelection.
President Donald Trump's re-election campaign used a photo of a survivor of the Parkland, Florida, shooting in an email Saturday that asks its re- cipients to donate money to the campaign.
The email contains a photo of 17-year-old Madeleine Wil- ford in a hospital bed sur- rounded by her family, Trump and the first lady. The Presi- dent visited Wilford on Febru- ary 16, two days after the attack at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, which left 17 dead.
The nation has turned its at- tention to the senseless school shooting in Parkland, Florida," the email reads.
"Trump is taking steps to- ward banning gun bump stocks and strengthening background checks for gun purchasers," it says. "The President has made his intent very clear: 'making our schools and our children safer will be our top priority.'"
Near the end of the message, there's a link to the campaign's donations page.
Russia Probe Called ‘Biggest Political Scandal’ Since Watergate
The number of guilty pleas and indictments by special coun- sel Robert Mueller, as well as the dueling Republican and Democratic memos from the House Intelligence Committee, media reports reveal how deeply the Russia probe is digging into President Donald Trump’s White House.
Here is what has transpired— so far — about the Russia probe according NBC News:
• 19 individuals have been charged with crimes, including President Trump’s former campaign chairman (Paul Manafort), as well as 13 Rus- sians.
• 5 have pleaded guilty, in- cluding Trump’s former na- tional security adviser (Michael Flynn), a former top Trump campaign and transition official (Rick Gates) and a former cam- paign adviser (George Pa- padopoulos).
• Both Republicans (the Nunes memo) and Democrats
The scandal surrounding Pres- ident Trump’s election are being compared to the Watergate scan- dal that led to President Richard Nixon resigning from office.
(the Schiff memo) have con- firmed that the FBI’s Russia probe originated with Pa- padopoulos’ claim to Aus- tralia’s top diplomat that Russia had dirt on Hillary Clinton.
• The Schiff memo reveals that, by mid-September 2016, the FBI had opened “sub-in- quiries” into MULTIPLE indi- viduals connected with the Trump campaign .
Whether or not Mr. Mueller ever finds a smoking gun that Pres. Trump and his campaign
colluded with
Russia, this is already the
biggest political scandal in decades.
According to NBC News, this does NOT include other moving parts of the Russia inquiry, in- cluding the:
June 2016 Trump Tower meeting with a Kremlin-con- nected lawyer; Donald Trump Jr.’s direct messages with Wik- iLeaks; Trump constantly in- voking the WikiLeaks revelations during the final month of the 2016 race, and Jared Kushner’s inability to obtain a permanent security clearance.
As the New York Times’ Peter Baker wrote over the weekend, nothing produced by Mueller’s probe has indicated wrongdoing by President Trump or illegal collaboration with Russians or Russian inter- mediaries. But Gates’ guilty plea on Friday is getting closer to the president.
Nixon’s Counsel During Watergate Says ‘Guilty’ Pleas By Trump’s Folks Could Mean His Doom
John Dean, one of the lead- ing figures in the scandal that ended the presidency of Richard M. Nixon, said Donald Trump could be near- ing his own Watergate moment.
Former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates pleaded guilty last week to conspiracy against the United States and lying to the Special Counsel’s Office and the FBI. He also agreed to coop- erate with special counsel Robert Mueller.
On Saturday, Dean said the news should be of great concern to former campaign manager Paul Manafort, who faces multiple charges in the case, as well as the White House, he tweeted:
Mueller is throwing every-

thing he can against Manafort, including Gates who can nail him. Increasingly it appears Manafort is the link to Russian collusion. If Gates can testify that Manafort was acting with Trump’s blessings, it’s the end of his presidency. That’s sub- stantial.
Dean served as White House counsel to Nixon and was dubbed the “master manipula- tor” of the Watergate cover-up by the FBI. However, he ulti- mately cooperated with prosecu- tors. He has been highly critical of Trump and his administra- tion.
