The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (the “Authority”) will receive sealed bids for Early Childhood Education Center at Trio @ Encore at 1101 Ray Charles Boulevard Tampa, FL 33602 until 2:00 p.m. (prevailing Tampa, Florida time), on Thursday September 8th, 2016. All bids must be received and time stamped at the 1st floor front desk of the Authority’s headquarters building located at 5301 West Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida, 33607, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above stated time will not be considered.
