Quarrel Leads To Fatal Shooting
17-Year-Old Jailed In ‘Drug Deal Gone Wrong’ Death
What began as an argu- ment early Monday ended with a fatal shooting. The inci- dent took place in the 4500 block of Clifton.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the location around 5 a.m. When they arrived, they dis- covered that one man was suf- fering from gunshot wounds. He died as a result of his in-
juries.

said, “Our detectives are cur- rently piecing together the moments that led up to this man’s death. This type of vio- lence will not be tolerated in Hillsborough County.”
At this time there is no threat to the public. The in- vestigation is active and ongo- ing.
According to the Sheriff’s office, a drug deal has led to a teenager being fatally wounded. Another teenager was taken into custody and charged with committing the crime.
The incident took place on Lake Chapman Road in the Lakeshore Apartment Complex in Brandon last Friday night. Since the deadly shooting, de- tectives have identified 17-year- old Jadon Christian Felix Saunders-Rigueur as the shooter.
He is charged with first-de- gree felony murder while en- gaged in robbery; 3rd degree murder with a firearm, robbery with a firearm, and purchase of cannabis. He was booked into the Juvenile Detention Center without incident.
Duo In Their 20s Hospitalized With Gunshot Wounds
The shooting took place near the intersection of N. 15th Street and E. 113th Avenue.
Detectives are investigating a shooting that has two young men suffering gunshot injuries. The shooting took place shortly after 6:30 p.m., Friday evening.
Tampa Police officers were dispatched to the area of N. 15th Street and E. 113th Avenue after receiving reports of shots being fired. When the officers arrived the two men had been shot.
The men, 22 and 23 years of age, have not been identified. Both were transported to local hospitals. One was in serious condition and the other was listed in stable condition.
Police have not released any additional information. No ar- rests have been made and the in- vestigation is continuing.

Hillsborough County deputies dispatched to the lo- cation around 9:30 p.m., and found the 16-year-old fatally wounded.
The investigation into the shooting has led police to refer the crime as a drug deal gone bad.
Hillsborough County Sher- iff Chad Chronister said, “Unfortunately, a child is dead because of the irresponsible ac- tions of another child. This ar- rest reflects the unwavering dedication of our detectives who worked tirelessly until the suspect was taken into custody. This teenager has irreparably impacted the lives of the vic- tim’s family as well as his own. He will face the consequences of his actions.
“A teenager, a high school student, had his life cut short all because of a situation that could have been avoided.”

Fight Between Two Men Ends With Fatal Stabbing
The stabbing took place in the 8200 block of E. Klondyke Thursday night.
Last Thursday, Police offi- cers were dispatched to the 8200 block of E. Klondyke in reference to two men fighting. Before the officers arrived, they were told that one of the men was lying on the ground and not moving.
When the officers arrived, they located the victim in the courtyard between two du- plexes.
He was suffering from
upper body trauma, and died at the scene.
Police have not released any additional information about the stabbing and no arrests have been made. The investiga- tion is continuing.
