SIS. GEORGIANNE MANNING
Celebration of Life Service for Sis. Georgianne Manning, who transitioned September 30, 2019, will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019, 11 a. m. at True Faith Inspi- rational Baptist Church, 2526 West Sligh Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33614, Rev. John W. McKenzie, Pastor officiating.
Sis. Georgianne Manning, daughter of the late Richard Wal- lace and the late Marie Johnson Wallace, was born September 4, 1940, in Chester County, South Carolina. Her family relocated to Steelton, PA, Georgianne was ed- ucated in the Steelton-Highspire School District.
After graduation “Georgie,” as she was known by family and friends, became the woman of her father’s house. After her mother passed on to glory, Georgie cared for her brothers and sisters.
Georgie became a member of Beulah Baptist Church, located in Steelton, PA. She was united in holy matrimony to the late Ver- non Manning. Their union was blessed with five children.

MS. CYNTHIA ‘JOYCE’ ALTINE
A Celebration of Life for Ms. Cynthia “Joyce” Altine, who transitioned on Friday, October 11, 2019, will be held on Satur- day, October 19, 2019, at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Dr. C. T. Kirkland, Pastor of Mt. Pleasant M. B. Church, officiating. She will be laid to rest in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Ms. Altine was a native of Tampa, FL and was educated in the Hillsborough County Public Schools. Cynthia, affectionately known as Joyce, had a warm smile and a loving spirit. She will be missed by the many peo- ple who loved and adored her.
Ms. Altine was preceded in death by: her father, Grady Wa- ters; stepfather, Glen Hermitt; grandmother, Janie Mention; grandfather, Morosa Mention; and a sister, Shelia Godfrey.
She leaves to cherish loving memories with: her son, Her- man Harris, Jr. (Quiana); daughter, Tiesha Harris; mother, Rosa Lee Hermitt; grandchildren, Aqib Carr, Jalaah Larry, Sherodd Harris, and Gene Akines; sisters, Char- lotte Waters and Marlean Mati- land; brothers, James Anderson, Jr., Gent Lee God- frey, Matiland Hermitt, and Marlon Hermitt; uncle, Major Mention (Willie Mae); nieces, Kimberly Hemmingway (Rod- ney), Jacquelyn Chapman, Feli- cia Causey, Frederica Ponder, Toya Foster (Clifton), Tiffany Godfrey, and Takeyah Braxton (Tyrell); nephews, Jackie Chap- man, Jr., James Anderson, III, Joshua Powell (Sierra), and Warren Bowen (Allethea); god- children, Deanere Christian and Damontrea Belamy; best friends, Andrea Turner and Brenda Bryant; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, cousins and other mournful relatives and devoted friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2019, from 5 – 8 p. m. at Ray Williams Fu- neral Home, 301 N. Howard Av- enue.

Georgie moved to Tampa worked for IBM Corporation and then employed by the Celetox Corporation until her retire- ment. She became a long-time member of True Faith Inspira- tional Baptist Church and faith- fully served with the Usher Ministries.
God graced Georgie with her 79th birthday on September 4, 2019. On September 30, 2019 Georgie RSVP’d the invitation sent to her by God. She is re- united with her parents, two sis- ters, and brother.
Georgie will be very much missed by: her children, Crystal Lowery (Harold), Harrisburg, PA, Rose Manning (Jeffrey), Par- ris Manning (Kim), both of Tampa, Glenn Wallace (Lor- raine) Nassau, New Hampshire, and Rome Manning, Joplin, Mis- souri; 4 sisters, Shirley McKe- nion, Bertha Johnson, both of Tampa, Louise Cook of Chester, SC, Rachael Powell (Gary) Har- risburg, PA; 2 brothers, Jerry Wallace (Dale) Harrisburg, PA, and Dennis Wallace of Scranton,
PA.She has a host of grandchil- dren and great-grandchildren. Other children Georgie helped raise: Rachael, Jamie, Nakia, Brant, Jazz, Brandi, and Raven.
There are numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of longtime friends from several States.
Viewing will be Saturday, Oc- tober 19, 2019, at 9 a. m. – 10:45 a. m. at True Faith Inspirational Baptist Church, 2526 W. Sligh Avenue, Tampa FL 33614.

MR. JOSEPH T. CAMBRIDGE, JR., PhD.
Mr. Joseph T. Cambridge, Jr. PhD., of Tampa, transitioned into heavenly rest on, Sunday, October 13, 2019. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, October 19 at 2 p. m. at College Hill Church of God In Christ, 6414 N. 30th Street, Superin- tendent, Charles Davis, Pastor, with Pastor Clarence M. Nathan, Pastor of New Victory Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park.
Mr. Joseph T. Cambridge was a native and lifelong resi- dent of Tampa, Florida. He was affectionately known as “Jo Jo.” He matriculated in Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools, where he graduated from Jeffer- son High School, Class of 1995. He furthered his education and earned his PhD in Business Ad- ministration from Rochville University. Joseph was em- ployed by Phoenix University where he taught Critical Think- ing classes.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Mrs. Cecelia D. Cambridge.
He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving family, father, Joseph T. Cambridge, Sr.; sis- ters, Deirdre “Dee Dee” Cam- bridge Nathan (Clarence), Sonia Hicks (Rodney), and Janice Al- bury (Oscar Smith); aunts, Glo- ria Smith, Bernice Butler, Vivian Murray (Franklin), and Frances Cambridge; uncles, Lawrence Cambridge and Ronald Cambridge; nieces, Ni- keena Waller, Ashley Anderson, Shalynn Smith, Stacia Smith and Lydia Nathan; nephews, Damien Smith and Ronald Johnson; a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and other rel- atives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Friday, October 18, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MR. JOHN WILL ‘DINO’ FOSTER
Mr. John Will Foster, affec- tionately known as “Dino,” went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 10, 2019. Fu- neral services will be conducted Saturday, October 19, at 2:00 p. m. at Brown Memorial Church of God in Christ, 2313 E. 27th Av- enue with Elder Nathan Woody, officiating. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. John Will Foster was born in Bainbridge, Georgia, and moved to Tampa at the age of 12. John worked at Premier Beverages for many years; at the time of his retirement, he was a warehouse foreman. He was a loyal and dedicated servant of the Lord who faithfully attended Agape C.O.G.I.C., where he served as a Deacon.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Ada Grimes; brother, Leroy Grimes and sis- ter, Ann Smith.
He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Barbara Foster; daughters, Sharon Foster (JC), Kimberly Foster, Glenda Foster, Tonja Foster Cobb (Theatrice), and Deborah Bryant, Tampa; sons, Johnny Foster, Edward Gene Foster (Darlene), Warren Foster, Elijah Hughes (Winnie), and Kenneth Hughes (Aniceta); spiritual son, Elder Alvin L.
