Judge To Host 4th Annual Veterans Outreach Court

Judge Manning estab- lished the event to provide assistance to veterans with minor legal issues such as misdemeanor warrants, fines, ordinance violations, legal fees, and court cost.
He is a County Court Judge in Hillsborough County, Florida. In 2019, he was designated as an Acting Circuit Court Judge by the Chief Judge of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. Judge Manning currently presides over a County Civil division.
He was a practicing and supervising attorney in the
Tampa Office of the Florida Attorney General for sixteen years, where he appeared in state and federal trial and ap- pellate courts, prior to his ap- pointment by Governor Rick Scott in 2015.
A native of Brooklyn, New York, Judge Manning earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina. He continued his education at St. John’s Uni- versity School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor- ate. He attended the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center, where he received his LL.M. degree.
He previously served as Judge Advocate for the U. S. Army and Assistant Attorney General in the Tampa Attor- ney General’s Office.

The event will take place on Fri- day, November 8, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. It will take place at the James A. Haley Veteran’s Hospital, Primary Care VA Annex, 13515 Lake Terrace Lane, Tampa, FL 33637.
