According to court docu- ments and statements made in open court, between at least 2015 and 2017, Gra- ham and others affiliated with “Manche Boy Mafia” or “MBM” organization con- spired to commit credit card fraud and identity theft in the Tampa Bay area.

Ms. Rashica Shaguana Ford, of Sarasota, was sen- tenced to 9 years and 2 months in federal prison. Her co-con- spirators, Jodarin Marquis Whitfield and Herbert Adelphus Pinckney pleaded guilty for their roles in the crime earlier.

escaped without injury. Detectives said Ms. Ford
devised the plan in retaliation for an altercation between her and the homeowner.
Whitfield was Ms. Ford’s boyfriend at the time and Pinckney is her brother.
