Pandemic Didn’t Stop Fun, Safe Halloween Celebration
B
Ms. Tonya Lewis, founder of Children With A Vision, made sure the chil- dren of Tampa had a fun and safe Halloween. In spite of the pandemic caused by COVID- 19, Ms. Lewis secured a place where parents and their children could feel safe while
the children, dressed in their costumes, could enjoy tricks, treats and games.
Ms. Lewis said she and the volunteers served more than 650 children. She ex- presses gratitude to Tampa Hillsborough Action Plan (THAP Group-5508) for
hosting the event and so many partners who helped secure items for the goodie bags the young people re- ceived from the 11th Annual Fall Festival, which was a lit- tle different from years past. (Photos courtesy of Ms. Lewis)
