MR. EDWIN COLLAZO
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Edwin Collazo will be held Sun- day, October 29, 2017, at 1 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue Tampa.
Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to service. Inter- ment will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery.

MR. EDWARD JOHNSON, JR. ‘EJ,’ ‘JABO’
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Edward Johnson, Jr., known to many as “EJ” and “Jabo,” will be held Saturday, October 28, 2017, at 2 p. m. at New Hope Mission- ary Baptist Church, 3005 E. Elli- cott St., Rev. Larry J. Mouton, Pastor, officiating.
EJ was born on October 27, 1957 to Annie Mae and Edward Johnson, Sr. in Ocala, FL. He re- located to Tampa, in the early ‘70s with his family. He received his education in both Marion and Hillsborough Counties.
“EJ” was a tradesman at heart. He loved spending time with his family, listening to music, fishing, automobiles, and animals. He endured this life’s race well until his passing on Oc- tober 13, 2017.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Annie Mae and Ed- ward Johnson; sister, Del- metrius Goins; grandmother, Corine Edwards; uncles, Willie Edwards and Victor Carr; and aunt, Clara Carr.
He leaves to lament his pass- ing: his companion of 13 years, Sequita Jackson; 4 sons, Ed- ward Johnson, III, Edwin Ben- ton, Willie James Johnson and Elijah Phillips; 6 daughters, Bridget Letthand (Robert), Oc- tavia Williams, Crystal Jones, Antonisha Reed, Adriana John- son and Etrinity Phillips; 1 brother, James Goins, Jr.; 3 sis- ters, Veronica Mack (Tony), Christine Thomas (Harris) and Tammy Johnson-Montgomery (Arnold); 7 grandchildren: Ne’quai Letthand, La’Rob Lett- hand, Nyla Lettland, Jermaine Jones, Chlo’e Thomas, Amir Thomas and Frederick White; an aunt, Vivian Tanis (Joe); un- cles, Tommy Carr (Annette), Richard Carr, Irving Carr and Leroy Carr; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. He will forever be remembered.
Public visitation will be held Friday, October 27, 2017 at In- tegrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, from 6-8 p.
m. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at 1:45 p. m.

MR. CHARLES EDWARD COCHRAN
Mr. Charles Edward Cochran of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 28at2p.m.atChildrenofGod Pentecostal Church, 2914 E. Chipco Street, with Elder Jimmy Williams, Pastor, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Charles Edward Cochran was a native of Bain- bridge, Georgia, and a resident of Tampa for 61 years. He was a graduate of Middleton High School and regularly visited Children of God Pentecostal and Rivers of Life Churches. He was employed by Swindal - Powell Company.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harrison Cochran, Sr. and mother, Loretha Stanley Cochran and brother, Harrison Cochran, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughters, Veronica Pruitt (Karawn Pruitt) and Vernetta Cochran; son, Guy Reginald Cochran; sister, Eula Smith’s; brother, Joseph Cochran (Joyce Cochran), grandson, Randy Cochran; granddaughter, Leresha Chestnut; nieces, Tar- sha Smith of Atlanta, GA; Kesa (Norris) Sherfield of Houston, TX, Tekoa Cochran, Teresa (John) Reeves, Tia Cochran of Minneapolis, MN; nephews, Julius (Deidra) Cochran, An- thony (Charisse) Cochran, Joseph Cochran, Jr.; aunt, Sarah Foster of Panama City, FL; cousins, Lois Major, Frank Stanley of Panama City, FL, and Ray Stanley of Baton Rouge, LA; devoted friend, Gloria McKinney; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, October 27, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MRS. JUANITA McCOLLOUGH
Mrs. Juanita McCollough, of Seffner, passed away Tues- day, October 17, 2017. A Me- morial service will be held Saturday, October 28, at 9 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Av- enue.
Juanita McCollough was born on August 18, 1931, to the late Booker T. Jones and Ruby Hayes Jones, in Detroit, MI. As a child, Juanita began her edu- cation in the Detroit Public School System, but was soon sent to attend school in Saint Louis, Missouri. She returned to Detroit to complete her sen- ior year and graduated from Northern High School. She continued her studies at High- land Park College and received an Associate Degree.
Juanita excelled at any task she was faced with. This in- cluded her varied work experi- ences. Perhaps, her most significant accomplishment was made by the Chief Hospital Administrator of Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI when she was chosen to be the Director of Admitting of the hospital. She retired in 1988.
While there she was instru- mental in establishing the em- ployee’s credit union, bowling and softball leagues and other venues that allowed for the in- tegration and fun for the em- ployees.
Juanita and her husband, Dr. Frederick McCollough, were influenced by her stepfa- ther the Commanding Inspec- tor General (CIG) Henry L. Allen, who asked them to recommit themselves to the Universal Masonic Brother- hood, Inc., an organization that Henry and Juanita’s mother founded. They would be instrumental in strengthen- ing, growing the organization in numbers, and filling the void created by the death of Juanita’s mother, Daughter Ruby Nailing Allen.
Daughter Juanita McCol- lough was preceded in death by her husband, (CIG) Dr. Freder- ick McCollough 33/96; her par- ents, Booker T. Jones, (CIG) Henry L. and Daughter Ruby N. Allen.
She is survived by her daughter, Aleta Atchison-Jor- gan (Semaj); 2 sons, Terrance Atchison (Barbara) and Fred- erick A. McCollough (Amy); a stepson, Terance Goodman (Carolyn); sister, Laverne Jones; and brother, Gilbert Jones; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial Visitation will be held at 5 p.m., Friday, October 27th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home. Arrangements en- trusted to RAY WILLIAMS FU- NERAL HOME, Rhodes & Northern, Owners.

MR. JEREMY SHABAZZ
Mr. Jeremy Shabazz, of Tampa, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, October 28, at 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
Mr. Jeremy Shabazz was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa and was educated in the Public Schools of Hillsborough County.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Robert Shabazz, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory and is survived by: his mother, Matrid Shabazz; two daughters, Gladiesha F. Foster, of Tampa, FL and Brittany Shabazz, of Union City, GA; three grandchildren, Key’Shawn James, Key’Ziah Foster and Sha’Merria Brooks; two brothers, Robert (Michelle) Shabazz, Jr., and Jibrail Shabazz, of Tampa, FL; five nieces, Tatyana Shabazz, A’Sonya Shabazz, Arianna Shabazz, Jiza Shabazz, and Asia Shabazz; one great niece, Jayana Lewis; one uncle, Willis (Evelyn) Mitchell, of IL; one aunt, Cheryl Mosley, of Tampa; and a host of cousins among whom are Alfredo (Neice) Johnson; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
