Born in Gainesville, Florida at Shands Hospital on July 2, 2020 at 7:52 p. m., on January 17, 2021 Honesty peacefully passed in her mother’s arms sur- rounded by her father and loved ones after her fight with a rare heart condition. She brought smiles and filled many hearts with joy and promise, her short time here with us.
She was preceded in death by: her great grandparents, Fred Scott, Mary Ann, and William Williams.
She is survived by: her mother, Adella Barber and fa- ther, Fredrick Barlow; her brothers, Dae’Saun Barber, Fredrick Barlow Jr.; her frater- nal twin, Truth Barlow and sis- ter, E’Mani Lugo; Honesty’s great grandmother, Alice Williams, Patricia Young, Mary Coleman, Walter Barber, Sharon Starnes, Monica Young, Darryle Young, Sr., Walter Smith; her great aunt, Florence Hagins, Christina Barber, Rozerta Hill, Lameisha Barlow, Leronda Wat- son, April Lewis, Jashia Wal- drop, Reggie Barber, Varner Barlow, Walter Barber, Kevin Waldrop, Darryle Young, Jr., Preston Young and Vincent Williams; her 46 cousins, includ- ing Christopher Aguirre, Ashley Aguirre, and many other family members. We will be forever fighting for Honesty.

MR. CARSELL (PETE) ARMSTRONG
Mr. Carsell “Pete” Armstrong of Tampa, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021. A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, February 6, at 2 p. m. at Life In Christ Community Church, 9706 N. 26th Street, Tampa, FL 33612, Pastor Arthur Randall, with Rev. Shannon Kilpatrick, officiating, and Eulogist, Pastor A. L. Randall. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Please follow the CDC Guidelines. Masks are required.
Mr. Carsell “Pete” Armstrong was a native of Tampa, Florida, born to Carlton and Lucille Till- man Armstrong. He was raised in the church, educated in Hillsbor- ough County Schools and the school of hard knocks. Mr. Arm- strong was well known and loved in Carver City, Thonotosassa, and Wimauma communities, and he was extremely passionate about selling cars and assisting anyone in need until his final days. “Pete” was a man of limitless love and compassion for others.
He was preceded in death by: his siblings, Martha Gunn (Willie), Lucille Johnson-Hicks, Shirley Ann Flemings, Carlton Tillman, and Carlins Armstrong; uncles, Sidney, Jonas, Roosevelt, James; aunts, Rose “Lil Sister,” Pinky “Big Sister,” and Daisy.
He leaves behind: his wife, Annie Ruth Carswell Armstrong; his children and grandchildren, Eric Armstrong (Nikki), Lisa Arm- strong, Pete Armstrong Johnson (Jessica), Frank Watson (Krystal), Dominic Nelson (Jermaine), Allen Sharp (Amanda), Naquisha Lawrence, Phyllis Armstrong, Earmy Bailey, Juan Blanco (Mesha), Demetric Blanco (Je- remy), Joseph Malcolm, Shequilla Malcolm, Merrett Simmons, Eric Taylor, Walter Taylor (Cindy), John Taylor (Tunya), Noval Tay- lor; and a host of others who know their place in his heart; a host of grandchildren or the “granddaddy circle” (as he affectionately called them); mother-in-law, Frances Carswell; brothers and sisters-in- law, Eddie James Carswell (Loretha), Vanessa Carswell, Brenda Green, Clarence Carswell, Angie Carswell Hammond (Mon- trell), a large host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and special friends.
The visitation will be held, Fri- day, February 5, from 3-7 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue. We are ask- ing family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are re- quired.

Mr. Willie J. Brantley of Tampa, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2021. A Wake Serv- icewillbeheldfrom2-3p.m. Saturday, February 6, at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. We are asking family and friends to follow the CDC guide- lines. Masks are required.
Mr. Willie J. Brantley was a native of Troy, Alabama, and a resident of Tampa for more than 65 years. He had a long career in the Steel and Concrete Industry in the Tampa Bay Area before re- tiring. Mr. Brantley enjoyed spending time with friends and family and watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play football on TV.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Bernice Seymore and Robinson Fuller; and his brother and sister.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his wife, four children; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Our hearts are full and our minds are filled with memories that will live on with us for a life- time.

Mrs. Kathleen D. Brown af- fectionately known as “Kathy” was a native of Bronx, New York, and a resident of Tampa for 26 years. She was a graduate of Asheville High School, South Car- olina, Class of 1974 and furthered her education with the University of Charlotte, where she worked on a degree in Commercial Arts and Graphic Design. Kathleen was a United States Army Vet- eran and she also worked for over 15 years at James A. Haley VA Hospital.
After retiring for medical rea- sons, Kathleen loved to volunteer occasionally whenever she was needed. Commercial Arts and De- sign was her favorite pastime. Kathy will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Ruby Green; son, Andre L. Brown; and brother, Daniel Peay.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, James E. Brown; siblings, Donna Peay and Kevin Green; nephews, Jawontus Peay, and Lorenzo Berry; sisters- in-law, Cynthia Edouard and Diane Washington; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.

Mr. William Davis, Jr., affec- tionately known as “Bill” was a native of Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Jefferson High School. Mr. Davis was a United States Army Veteran and was em- ployed as a Driver for Paceset- ters.
He was preceded in death by: aunt, Lillar Carter; and uncles, Hubert Davis and Bernice Carter.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his loving parents, William, Sr. and Rose Davis; grand- mother, Vinia M.
