AIKENS
MR. EARL CLINTON BLACKMON
A Graveside Celebration for Mr. Earl Clinton Blackmon, who passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021, will be held on Saturday, October 2nd, 11 at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Rev. James Richardson, offici- ating. The interment will fol- low.
Earl Clinton Blackmon was born February 7, 1944 in Tampa, Florida. He attended Progress Village Church. He loved action movies and loved to laugh and help anyone in need.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Nathaniel Black- mon and Louise Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories with: his loving children, Alexis Black- mon and Darren Whitmore; sister, Patricia Blackmon; aunts, Shirley; niece, Regina Huntley and nephew, Melvin; a host of other family and friends that will truly miss him.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the Graveside on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guide- lines.

The visitation will be at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, October 1st from 4 to 8 p. m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the Church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.

MS. GABRIELLE ANITA HARRIS
A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Gabrielle Anita Harris, who passed away September 17, 2021, will be held on Wednes- day, September 29th, 5 p. m., at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Tampa, FL, Rev. Lorenzo Magwood, officiating.
Gabrielle Anita Harris was born in Miami, Florida, on De- cember 13, 1958, to Jeanette Harris and Alfred Ferguson. She was educated in the Miami- Dade County Public School Sys- tem and graduated from South Dade Senior High School in 1974.
Gabrielle always had a pas- sion for culinary arts. She at- tended Lindsey Hopkins Technical College and received certifications in commercial foods, culinary arts, and baking. She started her career as a food service worker in the 80’s at Gramercy Park. After relocat- ing to Tampa, she continued in food service at university vil- lage. She moved on to work at Central Tampa Assisted Living, where she worked hard and was loved by her co-workers and the residents. Gabrielle was the old- est of 5 children, and could be described as loving, sweet, hum- ble, and funny. She was the true definition of a “great big sister.” Above all, family was a priority for her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends who will miss her, but she will always remain in their hearts and fondest memories.
She was preceded in death by: her father, sister, Rosa and brother, Paul.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Walter (Dawn), Edgar, Shuanita (James Sr.), and Deandris; grandchildren, Leandris, Xavies, Vashti, Walter, Kayla. Darius, Isiah, Wakeisha, Cyress, Altheia, Kaleb, Etravia, James, II, Jamiah, and Jaleah; great grandchildren, Alixis, Lea, Bre- anna, Kaitlyn, Aniyah, Avery, Orion, Kaelyn, Kailani, Kaavi, Iyanna, Isaiah, Leilani, Zahir, Sereniti, and Alonzo; her mother, Jeanette Ferguson; sis- ters, Ethel, and Teri; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Graveside Service for Mr. James Allen Burston of Tampa, Florida, who passed away, Sun- day, September 26, 2021, will be held on Saturday, October 2nd, 10:30 a. m. at Sunset Mem- ory Gardens Cemetery, Thono- tosassa, Florida, Rev. Eric Campbell, officiating. The inter- ment will follow.
James Allen Burston was born July 11, 1938, in Madison, Georgia to the late Roy Allen Burston and Essie Bell (Sims). He attended Faith Temple Mis- sionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; son, Leonard Burston; brothers, Leroy Moore, and Willie Zachary; sis- ters, Bridie Pearl Hendry and Julia B. Ross; and special aunt, Hallie M. Sims.
He leaves to cherish his pre- cious memories with: his loving and caring wife, Linda Burston; son, James Anthony Burston, Jr.; daughters, Lauwanna Buchanan (Oliver), Michelle Coote (Noel), Montrea Burston, Pam Cannon; stepsons, Craig Barnum and Kevin Priester, Richard L. Burston (Juanita) and Lee Rogers Burston (Martha); sisters, Hallie M. Strickland (Rev. Johnny Strick- land), and Lucille A. Smith; a host of sisters-in-law, brothers- in-law, nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members.

MS. TANGELA TRENICE GREEN (‘TANGIE’)
A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Tangela Trenice Green “Tangie” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, Septem- ber 10, 2021, will be held on Sat- urday, October 2nd, 2 p. m. at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, 3410 E. Wilder Ave., Pas- tor Joseph Sykes, eulogist, with Rev. Dr. Laytecia McKinney, pas- tor of Victory Outreach Min- istries, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
Tangela Trenice Green was born February 27, 1964, in Tampa, Florida. She attended Brandon High School. She was the oldest child born to the late Willard Green, Sr. and Lillie Shuler-Williams. Tangie enjoyed cooking. She was known for her unique and great tasting potato salad and even won awards for her collard green and chili.
She was a natural nurturer, very loving, and a humble woman. Like her mother, Tangie never met a stranger. Tangie worked for several years as an Executive Housekeeping Super- visor for The Quality Inn & Suites, Palm Gardens Nursing Care Facility and was a popular bartender in the West Tampa area for several years. Tangie and her siblings were reared in
