MR. JANOIH JEVONE PEARCE
A Homegoing Celebration in loving memory of Janoih Jevone Pearce, who passed away Sep- tember 10, 2021, will be held 12 Noon, October 2, 2021, at Faith Life Outreach Ministry, 401 W. Bougainvillea Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33612 with Pastor Kelly, Officiating, Pastor Zhivago, Eulo- gist. Interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea St., Tampa, Florida 33610.
June of 1998 Jevone, his par- ents, along with his two brothers, Jerone and Jason made Florida their permanent home.
Jevone, affectionately known as “Bay Boy” was a lovable child. He attended Shaw Elementary School, Young Middle School and graduated from Newsome High School in 2017, where he played basketball and football.
In high school Jevone wanted to be a doctor, but his ambitions changed and he became inter- ested in computers. After high school, Jevone attended Hills- borough Community College and while studying for his degree he was employed by Busch Gardens.
Jevone was a loving and ded- icated son, grandson, brother and nephew. As a child he was a member of All Nations Assembly of God in Tampa, Florida, where he diligently practiced playing the drums and keyboard.
In 2004, he became a mem- ber of his parent church, Faith Life Outreach Ministry also in Tampa, Florida. In his leisure time Jevone enjoyed video games, playing basketball, spending time with his family and his dear friend, Isabella Seaby.
Our dear Jevone is survived by: his loving parents, Pastors Joseph and Jennifer Pearce; the brothers he loved with his whole heart, Jerone and Jason Pearce; his grandmother, who he adored, Madge Nicholas; aunts, Judith (Ervin), Zelpha Thomas, Venice Thomas, Icelda Simmons, Dorcas Pearce, Ruby Carnegie, Melrose Pearce, Beverly Hender- son; uncles, Christopher Thomp- son and Hector Edwards. A host of cousins, loved ones and a spe- cial niece, Jazmyn Cedilla Pearce.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Harmon Funeral Home Chapel, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, Florida, 33610. The pro- cessional into the church will as- semble at 11:45 a.m.

SISTER JUANITA HARPER JONES
A Homegoing Celebration in loving memory of Mrs. Juanita Harper Jones, who passed away September 24, 2021, will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at West Side SDA Church, 1803 E. Shadowlawn, Ave., Tampa, 33610, Pastor Theus Young, Eulogist, and Pastor Brian McKinney, Officiating. Interment Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, Florida, 33610.
Juanita attended Praco High School and graduated from Walker County Training School.
She worked for several years at the Florida Sentinel Bulletin as a typist and typesetter before tak- ing a position as a Printer for the Hillsborough County Schools. She was also employed with Florida Instructional Materials Center for the Visually Handicapped here in Tampa, for more than 15 years. She was responsible for the pro- duction of Braille textbooks for all Hillsborough County students who are visually handicapped.
She and James Jones, Sr., had three children, Anthony, Sr., Pa- tricia, and James Jones, Jr. They also have two daughters-in-law and two grandchildren, Anthony, Jr., and Symone Antoinette Jones.
She was preceded in death by: her father and mother, Frank and Emma T. Harper; brothers, Thomas Lee Harper and Frank Harper, Jr., (Vera); sister, Helen Harper Hawkins (Mckenzie); niece, Annie Simpson; nephew, Mckenzie Hawkins, Jr.
Sister Juanita Harper Jones leaves to mourn her passing: her husband, James Jones, Sr.; eldest son, Anthony Jones (Denissa) and his family; daughter, Patricia Jones; son James Jones, Jr.; for- mer daughter-in-law, Quincenia Jones; granddaughter, Symone Jones and great grandson, Cayden Jones (Kentucky); her sister, Annie Mckenzie (Robert), and family: sons, Shomari Mcken- zie (Ongisa), and Akoso, and daughter Ishengi; nieces and nephews, Sandra Williams (Cur- tis), Delores Wilson (Robert), Rita Forrest (Gregory), Elizabeth Sails (Michael), Emma Ford (Ed- ward), Thomas Harper (Lejean), Constance Wade, Gregory Harper (Barbara), Kathy Henley (Troy); and a host of grandnieces and nephews, and great grandnieces and nephews; in-laws primarily residing in Mississippi; and “church family” members at Westside, Mt. Calvary and Thono- tosassa SDA Churches.
The processional into the church will assemble at 11 a.m., Wednesday.

MS. CARNISHA DESONA GARDNER
A Celebration of Life for Ms. Carnisha Desona Gardner will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, 4:00 p.m. at Allen Temple A.M.E. Church, 2101 Lowe Street, Tampa 33602, Dr. Glenn B. Dames, Pastor, with Pastor James Andrews of, The Upper Room Church of God, Lakeland, FL, officiating, eulogist.
Ms. Carnisha Desona Gard- ner was born in Tampa, Florida, to Melissa Moncur and Corries Gardner on July 28, 1991. She was a resident of Tampa for 28 years and was a graduate of Tampa Bay Technical High School in 2009.
She further went on to grad- uate with an Associate Degree from HCC in 2012 and a Nursing Degree in 2017.
Carnisha went on to serve the community of Tampa as an LPN for 4 years. She was a resi- dent of Orlando, Florida, on the evening of September 19, 2021, when God mercifully and ten- derly whispered for Carnisha to lay down her burdens to study war no more and receive Heaven’s reward.
Carnisha believed in helping people in any way she could. She was also free spirited, loved, and a great friend to many. Carnisha will be dearly missed.
Carnisha was preceded in death by: her maternal great grandparents, Joseph, and Malissa Moncur, Sr.; her mater- nal grandparents, Rudolph Moncur and Mary Chavez; her paternal great grandparents, Corries and Bytha Facion; and her paternal grandfather, Cor- ries Facion, Jr.
Carnisha says farewell to her fiance’, Kerry Elneus, Sr.; her son, Kerry Prince Elneus, Jr.; her daughter, Karri Deshona El- neus; parents, Melissa Price (Earl) and Corries Facion; sib- lings, Briana Gardner, Omari Carter, Ahmad Carter, and Kingston Price; her beloved niece and nephews, Kaliyah Williams, Elijah Carter, and Kazi Carter; and a host of family and friends.
Public Visitation will be on Friday, October 1, 2021, 6-8 p.m. at Allen Temple A.M.E. Church, 2101 Lowe Street, Tampa 33602.

MS. MATTIE JORDAN-PINAMANG ‘BUMPY’
A Celebration of Life for Ms. Mattie Jordan-Pinamang “Bumpy, will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Northside Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 5706 N. 40th Street Tampa, Florida, 33610, Rev. Ricardo Robinson, Pastor with Rev. Leonard Harrington, eulogist. In- terment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Ms. Mattie Jordan-Pinamang “Bumpy,” was born on August 26, 1950, to the late Deacon Elmore Jor- dan and Mother Jessie Mae Jordan, in Arlington, Georgia.
Mattie moved to Tampa, FL and became a graduate of Middleton Senior High School, class of 1968. She furthered her studies by attend- ing Business University of Tampa.
Ms. Pinamang worked at Honey- well and was an Assistant Librarian at the University of South Florida. She retired from Department of Children and Families- Adult Pro- tective Investigation.
Ms. Pinamang was preceded in death by: 3 siblings: 1 brother, Willie Jordan (Bessie lee), 2 sisters, Dorothy Mae Brooks (Rev. Willie), all of Tampa, FL, and Charlie Bell. of Orlando, FL.
Mattie’s hobbies and interest in- cluded singing, reading and travel- ing. She received Christ at an early age. Mattie was a member of North- side M.B. Church, where she at- tended faithfully until her health failed. As a member of Northside M.B. Church, she served in the choir. She was also a Member of Middleton/Blake Alumni Choir.
She was called home to be with her heavenly Father on Thursday, September 16,2021.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories: 2 daughters, Tekita Gra- ham, of Tampa, Fl and Claudia Ham- madi Qassou, of New York; 5 grandchildren, Earl Taylor, Nakhiyah “Susie” Taylor (fiancé Rueben Pena), Annya Grooms and Tyjhana Graham, all of Tampa, FL, Princess Pinamang, of Prairie View, TX, Sabir Qassou and Gamila Qas- sou, of New York. 3 great grandchil- dren, Ian Taylor, Mia Taylor, and Obito Pena; 1 sister Juanita Wright and husband, Don, of Tampa, FL; 4 nephews, Homer A. Duke, IV, of At- lanta, Ga, Cliff Duke, of Hobbs, NM, Ampty Brooks, of Tampa, FL Joseph Giles, Miami FL 4 nieces, Lenora Moore (Michael), Vickee Jordan, of Tampa, FL, and Carla Jordan, of At- lanta, GA; 1 aunt, Joann Jackson, of Miami FL 1 god sister Maria Miller, of Tampa FL a host of great nephews/nieces and cousins, and friends; special friends, Georgia Ephord, Mary Burns and Wanda Mund.

MR. CLINTON SIMMONS, JR.
A Celebration of Life for Mr. Clinton Simmons, Jr., will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oc- tober 2, 2021 at Greater Friend- ship Missionary Baptist Church, 3325 E. Emma Street, Tampa, Florida, 33610, Rev. Ronnie Murray, Pastor, officiating. Mr. Clinton Simmons will be laid to rest with interment at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
“For I am now ready to be offered and the time of my de- parture is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept my faith.” 2 Timothy 4:6
A devoted Christian, Mr. Clinton Simmons, Jr., was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clin- ton and Gussie Simmons.
Brother Clinton Simmons, Jr., was born August 16, 1934, in Baker County Georgia. Mr. Sim- mons, Jr., departed this life on September 17, 2021.
Mr. Simmons, Jr., attended the public schools of Baker County. He worked for the city of Albany for 8 years. He spent most of his time working here in Tampa, FL. He was employed for 40 years with Delta Asphalt. He also worked with APAC for 8 years. Mr. Simmons, Jr., re- ceived God at Greater Friend- ship Missionary Baptist Church.
He was united in Holy Matri- mony on November 22, 1969, to Mrs. Carolyn R. Simmons. He was a proud father of 2 sons, Clinton Simmons, III, and Steven Simmons; and 1 daugh- ter, Kimberly Simmons.
Mr. Clinton Simmons, Jr., was preceded in death by: 2 of his children, Clinton Simmons, III, and daughter, Kimberly Sim- mons; as well as 8 siblings, Booker T. Simmons, Clinton Eastwood Simmons, Will Lea Simmons, Paris Simmons, Mor- ris Simmons, Margaret Sim- mons Moore and Annie Simmons Moore.
Mr. Clinton Simons, Jr., leaves to cherish his precious memories with: his wife, Car- olyn Simmons; son, Steven Sim- mons; 2 daughters-in-law; Barbara Simmons and Delicia Simmons; 1 god daughter, Crys- tal Boyd Morris and Evelyn Moore; 3 sisters, Odessa Reynolds, Mattie Jones, Ozie Mea Wimes; 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; His heart, Kionna Reed and a host of nieces, cousins and friends.
