MS. SHEILA GILBERT
Ms. Sheila Gilbert, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021. A Memorial Service, of love and life, was celebrated on Satur- day, September 25th at 2:45 p.m., at Greater New Salem Primitive Baptist Church, 1605 N. Nebraska, Tampa, FL 33602. Dr. Benjamin Curry, Pastor and Rev. Dr. Marcia Turner was the Eulogist.
Ms. Gilbert leaves to cherish her memories: her loving mother, Bertha Elizabeth Sin- gleton; her father, Louis Gilbert; her sister, Tonya Sin- gleton; her brother, Tyrone Gilbert; her longtime partner, Earnest Knight; daughters, An- drea McCray (Jim), Elizabeth Gilbert, Tiwanda, Regina, Late- sha, Tonette Lynch, Vonette Lynch and Tequaneishia; sons, Andre’ Gilbert, Kevin Lynch (Kimberly) and Antonio Gilbert, and wife; sisters, Janice Gilbert Walley (Harold), Bernice Kelly Ward and Sharon Gilbert; brothers, Louis Jerome Gilbert, Korey Kevin Singleton (Joyelle); grandchildren, Andre’ Gilbert, Jr., Tramel Lynch, Aaliyah Gilbert and Antonio Gilbert, Jr., 20 great grandchil- dren as well as a host of loving other family and friends.

MRS. JACQUELYN ‘JACKIE/BJ’ SPENCER JAMES
Mrs. Jacquelyn “Jackie/BJ” Spencer James, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021. Funeral Services will be held Friday, Oc- tober 1st at 1:00 p.m., at Brown Memorial C.O.G.I.C., 2313 27th Ave., Tampa, FL with Bishop An- thony W. Gilyard, Pastor and Of- ficiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Mrs. Jacquelyn James was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa for 72 years. She at- tended the public schools of Hillsborough County. She was a devoted and loving homemaker, and a beloved member of Brown Memorial C.O.G.I.C.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her devoted husband, Curtis James; her mother, Mrs. Edna Smith; one daughter, Renee McKenzie (Egbert); four sons, Eddie Lee Biggins, Jr. (Tonya), Kennis Keenan, Regi- nald Keenan, and Anthony Keenan (Tamarell), and a bonus son, Bo Williams (Delvetia); 21 grandchildren, Erique Williams (Ashley), Jermaine Spencer, Eddie Biggins, III, Jacola Big- gins, Whitney Biggins, Danielle Biggins, Jordan Biggins, Elijah Biggins, Christopher Keenan, Kenneth Keenan, Kajuan Keenan, Ashli Keenan, Kierra Morris, Anthony Keenan, Jr., Raiona Keenan-Howard (Dale Jr.), Malik Keenan, Antesha Keenan, Patrick Keenan, Trey- sure Gilley, Topaz Nolton, as well as a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and siblings, sisters, Barbara Jones (George), Johnnie Mae Spencer (Erroll), Sylvia Spencer-Boone (Charles), Diane Spencer (Floyd), Janice Girven (Charles); brothers, Arthur Strawder (Be- linda), Danny Williams (Gerri); caregiver, Hernetha and a spe- cial friend, Yvonne.

MR. NORMAN LEE WRIGHT, JR.
Mr. Norman Lee Wright, Jr., of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 21. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 2nd, at 2:00 p.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 4301 W. Cypress St., Tampa, FL 33607. Masks are required. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
He attended the schools of Hillsborough County and gradu- ated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1997. He accepted Christ and was a member of Crossover Church, where he served on the Drama Ministry. He fulfilled his dream of becom- ing a semi-professional Wrestler with AFW under the name “Jor- dan O’Neal and later Roman Wright.”
Norman was a loving person who would be there for anyone in their time of need. He leaves a great impact of love on all the lives he touched and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Sheila Johnson; grandmother, Victoria Wright; grandfather, Roosevelt Williams; great grandfather, Amos Scott; and uncles: Benjamin Wright, Sr., and Napoleon Wright.

Ms. Adrianna Vickers, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Sat- urday, September 11, 2021, in At- lanta, Georgia. Her Celebration of Life and love will be held, Sat- urday, October 2nd, 2:00 p.m. at St. John Cathedral, 3401 Bishop Eddie Newkirk Way, Rev. Dwight Newkirk is Pastor. Adrianna attended the public schools of Hillsborough County, then went to Job Corps where she graduated in Homestead, FL. She was employed at WellStar Med- ical Center, of Atlanta, GA.
Ms. Vickers was preceded in death by: her grandmothers, Re- becca Brown and Minnie Mae Givens; grandfathers, Roosevelt Crawford and Eddie Harris, Sr.; uncles, Roosevelt Crawford, Jr., and Nathaniel Holder.

Mother Delores V. Thomas, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Fri- day, September 17, 2021. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oc- tober 2, 2021, 11:00 a.m., at Exciting Faith Alive, 5705 E 32nd St. Tampa, FL 33619, with Pastor Antonio Hawkins and Pastor Steve Love of- ficiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 US 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 10:45 a.m. There will be no viewing after the Eulogy.
Mrs. Thomas was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida for 87 years. She attended Don Thompson High School.
Delores was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great, great grandmother, and aunt. She was a dedicated Christian that loved the Lord, life, and her family. She remained a devoted member of her church until she was called home to be with her heavenly fa- ther.
Mother Thomas was preceded in death by: her loving husband, Willie Thomas; beloved parents, Mack Glen and Mary Bryant (Weetie); stepfather, Deacon Leo Bryant; grandparents: Walter and Mary Tucker; sister, Rudean Lind- say; stepsisters, Frances Williams and Barbara Radcliffe; sons, Ronald Thomas and James High- tower; grandchildren, Robert and Robin Thomas; nephews, David Woodard and John Williams, Jr.; step grandson, Talmage Jones.
