Tampa Man Charged With Cyberstalking
Jury Convicts Gang Member Of Drugs, Gun Crimes
A 28-yer-old man has been charged with cyber- stalking. If convicted, he is facing a maximum of 5 years in federal prison.
Dominique Jade Dra- gan made his initial appear- ance in federal court on October 19, 2021, and was or- dered detained pending trial.
According to the criminal complaint, between January 2020 and July 2021, Dragan engaged in a course of con- duct with the intent to harass and intimidate three victims. Using Instagram, Dragan cyberstalked, harassed, and threatened the victims with a series of continuous mes- sages.
He allegedly made specific threats to kill the victims, in- cluding by stating, “I can’t wait to hear the bones in your neck break,” “I’m gonna put a

Last week, a federal jury convicted a Tampa man on charges of possessing a firearm or ammunition as a convicted felon and posses- sion of controlled with the in- tent to distribute them. He was indicted on June 4, 2020.
Keon Moore, 29, faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 5 years in federal prison. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for January 6, 2022.
According to testimony and evidence presented at trial, Moore is a convicted felon who stored guns and drugs for use by himself and others, sells guns and drugs, and threatens violence to col- lect drug debts.

Inside the otherwise empty 50 square-foot unit, officers found seven guns, in- cluding two assault rifles; ammunition; approximately 45 grams of pure metham- phetamine; 34 grams of co- caine, 53 grams of Eutylone, and 1.6 kilograms of mari- juana, among other drugs; and a clothing item contain- ing Moore’s DNA.
Moore has previously been convicted on felony charges including multiple state burglary and drug pos- session convictions.

Man Charged
The passenger in this sedan died as a result of his injuries.
One man is dead and an- other in jail after a quarrel led to a fatal shooting. The inci- dent took place in the 4600 block of Haines Road North early Sunday.
According to the St. Pe- tersburg Police Department, officers were dispatched to the location shortly after 3 a. m. When they arrived, they dis- covered a man had been shot. The victim later died as a re- sult of his injury.
During the investigation, police learned 49-year-old Robert Deladurantaye be- came engaged in an alterca- tion with another man earlier in the day. The quarrel contin- ued when the two men were at the location in an alley behind a vacant business. Deladu- rantaye is said to have shot the victim at that location.
Deladurantaye was ar- rested and charged with sec- ond-degree murder.
Last Tuesday morning, October 19, Polk County deputies arrested a man on a New Jersey warrant for mur- der, kidnapping, carjacking, and weapons charges. He was arrested in Winter Haven.
According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, 51-year-old James Lewis is alleged to have fatally shot a man on September 18, 2021, in East Orange, New Jersey during a carjacking. He then zip-tied the victim’s girl- friend and stole the vehicle with her in it, before crashing a short time later.
Lewis was previously convicted for homicide in a 1989 case in which he was also convicted for robbery and possession of a weapon. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison, but only served 30 years in combined jail and prison time.

A traffic accident involv- ing four vehicles has left one person dead and another in serious condition. The acci- dent took place Friday after- noon on U. S. 301 and Cowley Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 58-year- old driver of a sedan entered the southbound lanes of U. S. 301 from Cowley Road. The sedan entered the path of a SUV traveling southbound on U. S. 301, driven by a 33- year-old man from Ruskin.
After colliding with the SUV, the sedan rotated and struck a pickup truck driven by a 53-year-old man from Riverview and a van driven by a 78-year-old Riverview resi- dent.
This SUV was involved in the accident Friday after- noon.
Both occupants of the sedan were transported to an area hospital, where the pas- senger later died as a result of his injuries.
The other two drivers re- ceived minor injuries. The in- vestigation is continuing.
