AIKENS
MR. DEVANTE` KEWAUNE BROWN (VANTE`)
A private Homegoing Cele- bration for Mr. Devante` Ke- waune Brown, “Vante`,” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020, will be held Saturday, April 4th, 10 a. m. at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave., Apostle Mark T. Jones, pastor, with Apostle Otis Cooper, officiating. The inter- ment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Devante` Kewaune Brown was born June 16, 1992 in Tampa, Florida. He enjoyed playing basketball. Devante was a loving and kind person and very mannerable. He loved his family and always checked to see if everyone was okay. His last words would be “I Love You,” followed by a big hug.
He was preceded in death by: his grandmother, Betty Webb and aunt, Jennifer Har- ris.

MR. BERNARD HICKS
A Homegoing Graveside Service for Mr. Bernard Hicks, who passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020, will be held Saturday, April 4, 2020, at 11 a.m., at Rest Haven Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33610.
Mr. Hicks was born Sep- tember 12, 1952, and gradu- ated from Dunedin High School, in Clearwater. He worked as a construction worker all of his life. He loved working and enjoyed it.
He was preceded in death by: his father, George Hicks, Sr.; mother, Mrs. Elouise Hicks; and brother, George Hicks, Jr.
He is survived by: his lov- ing wife of 46 years, Mrs. Linda Hicks; daughter, Re- naye Hicks; 2 grandchildren, Mariah and Malisa Rider; 3 great grandchildren, Jada, Silas, and Anthony; and he loved them all.
He is also survived by: brothers, Ronald Hicks and wife, Patricia, John Hicks and wife, Regina, Gregory Hicks and wife, Carolyn, and Geffery Hicks; 2 sisters, Brenda and husband, Terry Williams, and Sheila Rose; 1 sister-in-law, Joyce and Norman; brothers- in-law, Donnie, (who passed after Mr. Hicks), and wife, Maybelle, Henry, and Harold; Aunt Mattie; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members. He will be missed.

Graveside Services for Mr. Corliss Brandon Sirmons of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, will be held Satur- day, April 4, 2020, 11 A. M., Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 45th St. and Hanna Ave. Minister Albert Kennedy Presiding. The service is by in- vitation only. CDC guidelines are being followed.
Corliss was very well known affectionately as “Cash.” He was born on Au- gust 17, 1994 in Tampa. Corliss loved hanging in Mar- bella Apartments with his close friends and 67D Broth- ers.

Michelle Renee Jenkins was born in Tampa, Florida on June 21, 1965, to the late Fredrick Jenkins, Sr. and De- loris Anderson.
Michelle received her edu- cation from the Hillsborough County Public School System. She graduated from Hillsbor- ough High School in 1983. Michelle was employed at Pro- gressive Insurance, where she continued to bring joy and happiness to everyone she met. Michelle was a member of Friendly Missionary Baptist Church. She was a proud mother of two sons, Jordan Johnson and Marcus Johnson.

           MR. GRADY PHILON, SR.
A Graveside Service for Mr. Grady Philon, Sr. of Riverview, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020, will be held on Friday, April 3rd, 11 a. m. at Orange Hill Cemetery. Rev. Christopher Jarnegan, offici- ating. The interment will fol- low.
Grady was born August 9, 1928, to the late Charlie and Claudia Philon. He was a na- tive of Silas, Alabama. He was baptized at a very early age and was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
Grady met and married the love of his life, Rachel Ann Hill, on December 17, 1949. To that union 11 children were born. They relocated to Tampa, Florida in 1970. He was a loving and kind person and a man of very few words. He loved his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed his alone time. His spirit will live on in those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Rachel Philon; grandchildren, Meshel Philon, Diamond Copeland; brothers, Charlie Philon, Guy Philon, and Johnnie Philon; his sis- ters, Rosetta Mitchell, Vergie Hill, Mary Hill and Aretha But- ler.
He leaves to cherish his loving and fond memories: sons, Joe (Everlyn) of Silas, AL, Grady, Jr. (Geraldine), Michael (Carolyn), Eddie (Car- men), Ronald (Annie) and Darrell (Maria); daughters, Lizzie McGrew (Waddie, Sr.) of Silas, AL, Cheryl Davis (James, Sr.), Deborah James (Willie), Joyce Harris (Nathaniel) and Pamela Williams (Derrick, Sr.); 41 grandchildren; 63 great grandchildren; 15 great- great grandchildren; brother-in- law, Roosevelt Hill (JoAnn) of Tampa, FL; and a host of sor- rowing nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
