THE ROYAL JEWELS OF THE TAMPA CHAPTER OF THE LINKS, INC. TAKE VICTORIAN STROLL
The Royal Jewels, a group of girls mentored by the Tampa Chapter of the Links, Inc. were treated to their first field trip of the year. The Victorian Stroll at the University of Tampa on December 8th. The girls are all 5th graders at Sheehy Elementary School. The Links have mentored the 5th grade girls at Sheehy for over 10 years. The Jewels also had lunch in the park and were given a Christmas bag of gifts.
Links who served as chaperones were: left front, Links Margarette Spears, chair of Services To Youth facet, Patsy Greene, Tiffany Greene, Phyllis Lee, Frances Sykes, Joselynne Forde, and Evelyn Bethune. Right front, Links Barbara Jackson, Inez York Cohen, Sylvia Andrews, Sonjia Little, Patricia Parker, Ozepher Wilds, co-chair Services to Youth facet and Joyce Daniels.
