Businesswoman Launches Second Venture
Last year, Ms. Cherrell Chi- nah Watson launched her busi- ness as a Mortgage Loan Originator who has a background in loan processing for over 4 years. She works for Paramount Residential Mortgage Group & is the self-proclaimed Wonder Woman of Mortgage.
She is well versed in guidelines and is knowledgeable in the differ- ent products to fit your situation. Her experience in the mortgage industry allows her to think out- side the box to make your loan work for you.
She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel like family by remaining accessible. She helps from low-income, low credit scores, down payment assistance, all the way up to doctors, lawyers,
etc.Now, she is ready to help oth- ers launch their own businesses or purchase homes. She plans to do this by helping them be prepared before they begin the process of
blueprint, and plans on publishing it in book form as a guide for prospective homeowners, and business owners. The book will also offer tips on how to save, in- vest and improve their credit scores.
Ms. Watson also helps inspir- ing entrepreneurs through her company, Affordable Legal Help Now, LLC by creating website and branding and legal document preparation.
She is the daughter of Mary Brown and James Brown and

She dedicates her mortgage ca- reer to her late grandfather. “The last conversation we had before he passed was he wanted me to get into Real Estate. I know he is in heaven smiling from ear to ear,” she said.
