MRS. JERUSHA C. KYLES
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Jerusha C. Kyles, “Dee Dee,” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2019, will be held on Saturday, July 27th, 2 p. m. at New Mt. Zion M. B. Church, 2511 E. Columbus Dr., Pastor Larry Roundtree, II, officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Jerusha was born July 1, 1944 in Plant City, Florida, to the late Early McKinley and Cather- ine Wooden. She was a 1963 graduate of Marshall High School. She met Prince Revere in 1962 and married in 1965. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She attended, God’s Will Church under the pas- torate of Rev. Alicia Garvey. She was called to be one of the moth- ers of the church. She later be- came a member of New Mt. Zion M. B. Church. She enjoyed cook- ing, crossword puzzles, crochet- ing, arts and crafts.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; brother, George McKinley; sister, Annie R. McKinley; ex-husband, Prince Revere; and son, Michael Re- vere.
She leaves loving and pre- cious memories with: her chil- dren, Anthony Revere, Annie Revere (Owen) and Prince Re- vere (Shirley); grandchildren, Deanna Revere, Latasha Revere, Latonya Hopkins, Latoya Revere, Ashley Hudge, Courtney Smith, Lakiesha Quarterman, Marquita Revere, Prince Revere, Jr., Princess Revere, Titiyanna Re- vere, Keke Revere and Michael Revere, Jr.; 32 great-grandchil- dren; brothers, Early McKinley (Victoria), Norman McKinley (Dorothy), Oscar McKinley, Solomon McKinley (Geraldine) and Benjamin McKinley (Patri- cia); aunt, Louise Perry; nieces, Cynthia Myles, Wanda Buie, Be- linda Hargrove, Latonia Buie Bravo, Fannie Buie, Mattie and Kendra Revere, Angel Hickson, Janice Woodall, Sharon Jones and Sylvia Thompson Bruce; nephews, Weldon and Kenny Buie, Hezekiah Hargrove, Ron- nie, Donnie and Cornell Buie and John McKinley; best- friends, Willie Mae Mention and Martha Merrell and spiritual mother, Mary Malcolm; other relatives, church family and friends.
The visitation will be held Friday, July 26th at Aikens Fu- neral Home, from 5 to 7 p. m. The family will be present during the visitation.

A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Jacqueline Gilmore Permer of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2019, will be held on Saturday, July 27th, 2 p. m. at Friendly Missionary Baptist Church, 2012 N. Tampania Street, Pastor Johnny Miller; Pas- tor Patricia Hauser of The Potter’s House Deliverance Tabernacle, officiating.
Jacqueline was born April 20, 1952 in Tampa, Florida to the late Forrest Gilmore and Maxine Hughes Smith. Jacqueline at- tended the local schools of Hills- borough County, graduating from Blake High School, class of 1970. She worked for the Hillsborough County School Board as a para- professional. She was a member of The Potter’s House Deliverance Tabernacle. She enjoyed shop- ping, worshipping the Lord and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, stepfather, Leroy Smith and mother, Maxine Smith; father, Forrest Gilmore; sister, Patricia Small and brothers, For- rest Gilmore, Jr., Anthony Gilmore and Patrick Smith.

MS. CONNIE MAE COPELAND
Ms. Connie Mae Copeland was born March 17, 1961 in Meriwether County to John L. and Ruby Lee Copeland.
She attended Meriwether County School System. At an early age she joined Leverette Hill Bap- tist Church under the leadership of Pastor John O’Hara. She attended Jesus’s Church Ministries in Tampa until her health failed.
She was employed at Goody Products in Manchester, GA; St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa for 24 years; and Flagship Cleaning Serv- ice. Connie enjoyed attending church, working, shopping, spend- ing time with her grandchildren, family and friends. Anything you needed to know, anything, just ask Connie!
On Tuesday, July 16, 2019, Con- nie went home to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by: her father, John L. Copeland; brother, Eddie L. Copeland; two grandchildren, Jabaria and a baby
girl.
Homegoing Services will be
held Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 12 noon, at Jesus’s Church Ministries, 2716 North 34th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605 with Archbishop Clarence Davis, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest haven Me- morial Park.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ories: her mother, Ruby L. MR. JOHNNIE RAY PEARSON, III
A Celebration of Life will be held for Mr. Johnnie Ray Pear- son, III on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at 12 noon at Greater New Salem Primitive Baptist Church, 1605 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602, Rev. Dr. Benjamin Curry, Sr., Pastor with Pastor D. A. Eliam of Shekinah Harvest Breakthrough Church, Tampa, officiating, eulogist.
Johnnie was born on October 24, 1984 in Tampa, Florida, to Johnnie Ray Pearson, Jr. and Rhonda Pearson. Johnnie was educated in the Public Schools of Hillsborough County. He was a hard worker and a dedicated cable installer for many years. Johnnie loved spending time with his family and really loved being a first-time father. He loved so- cial outings which included Top Golf and trying new foods.
Johnnie joined Shekinah Harvest Breakthrough Church in 2018 serving as an usher and with the sound ministry. Johnnie loved life and loved to have a great time with family and friends. He departed this earthly life and entered his eternal rest on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Starkeisha Pearson; he loved and cared for his daughter, Naomi and his step- daughter, Nasyah Harris; father, Pastor Johnnie Ray Pearson, Jr.; mother, Prophetess Rhonda R. Pearson; sister, Stacey Q. Pear- son; mother-n-law, Angela Bow- ers; brothers-n-law, Gregory Bowers and Gerald Cheatham; sisters-in-law, Chiniqua Bowers and Vera Thompson; and a host of sorrowing relatives and friends.
Public Visitation will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 from 6-8 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Serv- ices, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa 33605.
Friends and family are asked to assemble on Saturday at 11:45 a. m.

MRS. LIZZIE PEARL BANKS
On Wednesday July 17, 2019, the Lord saw fit to call his angel, Lizzie Pearl Banks home. Home- going services will be conducted Saturday, July 27, at 10 a. m. at First Baptist Church Of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Blvd., Tampa, FL 33619, Dr. Sam Maxwell, Senior Pastor, with Rev- erend Donald McBride, eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Lizzie Pearl Banks was affec- tionately known by her family as “Madea.” She was known by her neighbors and community as “Mrs. Banks or Mrs. Buddy.” She was a pillar in the Progress Village community where she resided with her family since 1960.
Lizzie Pearl Banks was pre- ceded in death by: her husband, Joe Henry Banks; and her son, Joe Franklin Banks.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ories: daughters, Yvonne Scott (Hall) and Vardrene Banks; her sons, James Miller (Bonnie), Roy Banks, and Hazel Banks (Sue); 11 grandchildren; 27 great grandchil- dren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
