The NFL has its own PAC, Gridiron, that is overseen by the league’s D.C. office. Own- ers also make political contri- butions separate from the PAC.
The Athletic found that this year, Gridiron has made 63 donations to 52 congresspeo- ple, senators and political or- ganizations. Of those contributions, 52 went to Re- publicans or Republican or- ganizations.
Of 18 donations made since August, Gridiron has just one Democratic contribution, which was $1,000 to Rep. Kathy Castor (D-Fla.).
According to Federal Elec- tion Commission filings, since January, Gridiron’s contribu- tions to the GOP total

$128,500 and contributions to Democrats total $58,000.
The league PAC, created in 2008, has raised over $855,777.35 through dona- tions from 228 contributors since Jan. 1, 2019.
According to OpenSe- crets.org, “NFL team owners and their spouses have do- nated $4.2 million to politi- cians and PACs so far this election cycle, with 85 percent ($3.6 million) going to Repub- licans. Only $377,000 went to Democrats...”

was back at Nobu in Malibu on Thursday night for a fancy din- ner with Anthony Davis and their agent Rich Paul.
Normally, not that bigofadealfor2 teammates to dine
with their agent -- but
it seems like they're making a statement in the wake of some criticism about their professional relation- ship.
Last week, an anonymous NBA agent went after Le- Bron and Rich Paul to The Athletic -- essentially saying that Paul is just a puppet for

LeBron.
The agent essentially
claims LeBron is running the show at the Klutch Sports Group and Paul is just doing his bidding -- which, if true, would be illegal in California since a player is not also al- lowed to represent talent.

Odell Beckham, Jr. has once again had a season cut short by a significant injury.
Beckham left Sunday’s game between the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Ben- gals after suffering a knee in- jury in the first quarter. Indications were that the in- jury could be serious, and Beckham told ESPN’s Josina Anderson on Mon- day that he suffered a torn ACL and will miss the re- mainder of the 2020 season.
Beckham injured his knee while trying to make a tackle after a Baker May- field interception. He imme- diately went down in pain and

then limped to the locker room.
After a disappointing sea- son last year, Beckham and the Browns had played much better through the first part of 2020. OBJ will finish the sea- son with 23 catches for 319 yards and three touchdowns.
Steelers Escape As Only Undefeated AFC Team
The Pittsburgh Steelers are the last remaining undefeated team in the AFC following a 27-24 win over the previously undefeated Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
The Titans (5-1) built a sec- ond-half comeback and nearly forced overtime after inter- cepting Ben Roethlisberger in the end zone slightly ahead of the two-minute warning. Kicker Stephen Gostkowski missed the 45- yard field goal in the final 20 seconds and the Steelers es- caped with the victory and 6-0

The game was originally
scheduled to be played in Week 4, but was rescheduled due to positive COVID-19 tests in the Titans’ organization.
