MOTHER EULA MAE COCHRAN SMITH
A Homegoing Graveside Service will be held for Mother Eula Mae Cochran Smith, who passed away Friday, March 5, 2021. The service will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida with Elder Jimmy Williams, Sr., Officiating. Interment will fol- low. Please follow the CDC Guidelines. Masks are re- quired.
Mother Eula Mae Cochran Smith was born in Bainbridge, Georgia, to the late Mr. Harri- son Cochran, Sr., and Loretha Stanley Cochran.
She was resident of Tampa for over 65 years and graduated from Middleton High School.
She was married to the late Milton Smith, an Army Vet- eran.
Mother Smith was a dedi- cated member of Children of God Pentecostal Church, HOGIC for over 35 years. She loved serving her church, trav- eling to church conferences and gardening.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband; sib- lings, Harrison Cochran, Jr., and Charles Cochran; and a niece, Tia Cochran.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories with: her loving children, Anthony Cochran (Charisse), Julius Cochran (Deidre), Tarsha Smith, Milton F. Smith (Debbie) and Kesa Sherfield (Norris); her loving brother, Joseph Cochran, Sr.. (Joyce); her grandchildren, Julius Cochran, II, (Shauna), Marquis Cochran, Megan Cochran, Jalen Cochran, Terry Burson, Camren Sherfield, Wit- tni Steen, Serenity Roundtree, Roderick Roberts; and Ariona Cochran; nieces, Tay Cochran, Tina Cochran, Veronica Pruitt (Karawn), Vernetta Cochran, Tekoa Cochran, and Teresa Reeves (John); nephews, Regi- nald Cochran, Joseph Cochran, Jr., Joey (Hawj) Cochran, and Julius A. Cochran (Kimmie); and a host of cousins, family and friends.
The remains will repose from 3 – 7 p.m. Friday, March 12, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. We are ask- ing family and friends to please follow the CDC Guidelines. MRS. ROBIN DENISE MCCULLOUGH
A Home Going Celebration for Mrs. Robin D. McCullough, who passed on March 8, 2021, will be held Saturday March 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with a local pas- tor officiating.
Mrs. Robin Denise McCul- lough was born in Lakeland, Florida, on September 21st, 1964, to parentage of Robert Messer and Carolyn Aikens.
She was a member of Re-Birth Baptist Church.
Mrs. McCullough leaves to cherish precious memories of her with: her husband, Eddie Lee Mc- Cullough; her children, Phillip Roach (Tonya) and Ashley Clemons; her grandchildren, Phillip, Jr., (19), Trenton (16), Terry (14), Aries (11), Jase (7), and Anailah (2); her sister, Karen Gibbs and a host of other rela- tives, and loving friends.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, March 12, 2021, from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida.

MRS. DORIS BEST TOLLIVER
Mrs. Doris Best Tolliver, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2021. Fu- neral service will be conducted Saturday, March 13, at 11:00 a.m. at 34th Street Church of God, 3000 N. 34th Street, Tampa, FL 33605, with Bishop Thomas Scott, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Me- morial Park Cemetery.

She was joined to Elias Tol- liver in Holy Matrimony and relo- cated to Cleveland, Ohio.
Doris leaves to cherish her heart-felt memories: children, Rashad Saleem (Valerie), Ellen Tolliver and Wendy Tolliver; grandchildren, Marlin, Lucretia, Carlene, and Mark; great grand- children, Essence and Jasmine; sister/best friend, Vernell Clovesko (Joseph); brother, David Best (Deanne); godsister, Della Schofield; god daughter, Candice Olamide and Noreen Roderick; special friends, Jessie Moorer, Jessie McGee, and Lois Bryant; special cousin, Sylvia Grier; spe- cial nieces, Marsha Minor and Kathleen Ransom, and a host of nieces, nephews and other sor- rowing relatives and friends.

MR. ALBERT D. BROWN, SR.
A graveside service for Mr. Albert Dickie Brown, Sr., who passed away on February 26, 2021, will be held Saturday March 13, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E Hanna Ave, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Antonio R. Hawkins, Exciting Faith Alive Church officiating.
Mr. Albert Dickie Brown, Sr., was born in Tampa, Florida, on December 13, 1953, to the parentage of Mr. Leroy Brown and Hattie Mae Pelt Brown.
He was a laborer for a local phosphate plant prior to his re- tirement.

Ms. Cathleen E. Miller was born on September 06, 1949, in St. Petersburg, Florida, to the parentage of Sydney Dennis and Virginia Briscoe.
Ms. Miller graduated from Gibbs High School in St Peters- burg, Florida, June 9th, 1967, where she was the Head Cheer- leader and participated in mod- ern dance. She went on to do nursing, but then switched ca- reers and retired from GTE warehouse support.
Cathleen was preceded in death by: her father, Sydney Dennis; son, Thaddeus White- head; and brother, Willie Smith.
She leaves to cherish memo- ries of her with: daughter, Ma- tiza Edwards and husband Wade Edwards; 2 grandsons, Wade Edwards, III, and Kaylon Ed- wards; mother, Virginia Briscoe; brother, Henry Berrien; three sisters, Bernona Chimes, Be- linda Berrien and Ramona Berrien, and a host of cousins, relatives, and very close friends.
