MRS. MATTIE LOUISE JOHNSON LAMPKIN
Homegoing Services in lov- ing memory of Mrs. Mattie Louise Johnson Lampkin, who passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021, will be held 11 A.M., Sat- urday, March 13, 2021 at North- side Missionary Baptist Church, 5706 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Ricardo Robinson, officiating. Interment will follow at Orange Hill Ceme- tery, 4900 E. Chelsea, Tampa, Florida 33610.
Mrs. Mattie Louise Johnson Lampkin was a lifelong resident of Florida. Mattie was born in Havana, Florida, August 30, 1933, to Alma and Litmon John- son.
She married the love of her life, Johnny Lee Lampkin, of Ha- vana, Florida. Their union pro- duced 6 children.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was one of the founders of Northside Mission- ary Baptist Church. She was faithful in her ministry as an Usher, Culinary Leader, Dea- coness, and a member of the Sea- son Activities for Seniors. She was also an active mother of the church.
Mattie was a member of the Jerusalem Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Florida Jurisdiction and St. John
U. S. Virgin Islands, Prince Hall Affiliation, Lola Simon Chapter No. 33. She will also be remem- bered for participating in the Neighborhood Crime Watch.
She was preceded in death by parents. Alma and Litmon John- son; husband, Johnny Lee Lamp- kin; sons, Johnny Otis and Byron Keith Lampkin, and daughter-in- law, Valerie Lampkin.
She leaves to cherish her memories: daughters: Jeris Lampkin Smith, and husband, Herbert, Ira Lampkin Gordon, and Claudia Banton, and hus- band, Kenneth, and son, Christo- pher Mark Lampkin; like a son, Sammy Sloan; grandchildren, Tigris Malcolm and husband, Paul, Sr., Jason Lampkin, and wife, Hatdrika, Gregory Montgomery, Courtney Sowerby-Thomas, and husband, Christopher, Asha Ahmed Robin- son-Parks, and husband, Liban, Julian Robinson-Parks, Anitra and Byron Keith Lampkin, II, Chancey and Kaylee Banton, Christopher Todd Lampkin, Kedrick Lampkin, Adrian Lamp- kin, Christopher Mark, Lampkin, II, and Johnny Lampkin, II, Teni- qua and T.J. Montgomery, Jayale Malcolm, and Samatha Sloan; great grandchildren, Cherish Lampkin, Bahia Tucker, Sr., Jason Lampkin, II, Caleb and Ca- dence Sowerby-Thomas, Dalia and Seraphene Ahmed, Elijah and Noah Lampkin, and Kemesha Lampkin; great, great, grand- child, Dre’Mario Young; Spiritual god daughter: Mrs. Florence Wright; Special Friends: Charlene Kennedy, Retha B. Singleton, and Addie Boyd; and a host of nieces and nephews whom all she adored.
Viewing will take place Fri- day, March 12, 2021, 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Northside Missionary Baptist Church.
Family and friends will assem- ble 10:45 A.M., Saturday at the church for the processional.

MR. TREMAINE BATTLES
Mr. Tremaine Battles, who passed away on March 2, 2021, funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 3 p. m. at Mt. Moriah Primitive Bap- tist Church, 1225 N. Nebraska Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33602, with Dr. B. R. Fulton, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Tremaine was born in Tampa, Florida on November 7, 1992 to Tacara Battles and Robert Simmons. Tremaine was a Freelancer who loved music and spending time with family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Fri- day,March12,2021,5-7p.m.at Mt. Moriah Primitive Baptist Church.
Family and friends are re- quested to meet at the church on Saturday at 2:45 p. m. Mask are required for attendees of serv- ices.

David Leon Kennerdy, age 37, was born January 16, 1984.
He leaves to cherish his memories: fiancee, Shonte Ricks; daughter, Destinee Ladia Kennerdy (his princess and his world); mother/father, the late Victoria Thea Kennerdy, and David Leon Walton; brothers: Eric Brown, Ronald Kennerdy, Wilbur Kennerdy, and Demetrius Walton; sisters: Latasha Kennerdy, Monique Kennerdy, Victoria Kennerdy- Griffith, Willa Kennerdy, and Juanita Walton.
Those he loved and cared for: Saniyia Howard, Syncere Howard, Isaiah Peele, and Carmelo Peele.

MR. EDWARD EARL JONES
Mr. Edward Earl Jones, 62, passed away on March 7, 2021.
Edward was born in Hazel- hurst, GA, the eldest child of Mr. Edward Earl, Sr. and Mrs. Susie Mae Jones (both deceased). He was married to Cynthia Jones (de- ceased)
He leaves behind: his 2 chil- dren, Candis Jones (daughter) and Edward Earl Jones, II (son); 5 grandchildren, Jaquez Jones, Edquanesha Jones, Edward Earl, III, Destiney Jones and Laquisha Jones. He was blessed to grow up amongst 3 siblings, (sister) Ceare- ces Jones, (brother) Herbert Joness(Jacqueline) and (youngest brother) Buster Lee Jones (deceased). He also leaves behind mourning his loss: 4 nieces, Lashun Washington, Cedrica Sims, Ashley Jones and Alexis Jones; 5 nephews, Kenneth Goodson, Tremayne Hall, Cedric Jones(Rita), Aaron Jones (Haronda) and Khakem Jones; great nephews and nieces, Yasin Carnegie, Shondrick Black, Troy Washington, Nykeria Kerr, Amani Goodson, Devin McDonald, Treven Green, Tayven Green, Cedricka Jones, Azalyah Jones, Marcus Patterson, Marycia Good- son, Markeyvia Goodson, Cedric Jones, Jr., and Arynn Jones.
We are comforted by our Heavenly Father’s promise that one day all in the memorial tombs will come out John 5:28. Due to the times we’re living in, the cele- bration of his life will be an- nounced at a later date!
The family would like to give a heartfelt “THANK YOU,” to Ybor City Center For Rehabilitation and Healing staff, for their long hours of dedication and for accommo- dating our family during this most difficult time! We are especially grateful to our cousins Darlene (Tiny), Tamicka and Lakeecia for taking such loving care of our loved one! Words will never ex- press how much comfort, your presence has provided!

Since you’ve been gone, life has never been the same. Time con- tinues to pass, but the pain in our hearts remains the same.

Hey Boo, it’s another year. How bad we miss you! It’s not a day we don’t think about you. We miss and love you so much, but the Lord, Jesus Christ, had other plans.
Sadly missed by: son, Jessie and Keena Jackson; mother, Cleo Lowe; the late Freddie Lowe and the rest of the family.
