MR. JOSEPH ALLEN, SR.
Mr. Joseph Allen, Sr. of Bealsville, Florida, affection- ately known as Joe, was born on October 13, 1945 in Tampa, Florida. He was a member of Greater Mount Moriah Primi- tive Baptist Church. He at- tended Hillsborough County Schools, where he graduated from Middleton High School.
Upon graduation, Joseph enlisted in the United States Army, where he was honorably discharged. Shortly after, he found his passion and made his career choice as a Bus Operator for HART (Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority) until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by: his father, the late Rayford Allen, Sr.; mother, Geraldine Allen; brother, Rayford Allen, Jr.; and sister, Jewel Allen.
He leaves to cherish his memory: life partner, Kimberly Everett; children, Joseph Allen, Jr. (Tia), Zsantel Allen (Charles, Sr.), Kiauna Andre, Cecilia Allen, and Charnese Augustin; godchildren, Marcus Boderick, Benjamin Boderick, and Adrain Hicks; grandchildren, Ben- jamin Forte, Ja’Naye Allen, Jo- mara Allen, Sonjae Miller, Aariontae Brown, Ikera John- son, Tiara Brown, Re’Jai Ander- son, Charles Hester, Jr., Journee Hester, Cameron Austin, Chaz Harris, Isaiah Andre, and Philippe Augustin, III; great grandchildren, Logan Forte, Samuel Allen, Jakobi Desroches, and Aydin Ander- son; sisters, Blanche A. Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, 12 p. m., at the Church.

MRS. RHONDA FAYE RICHARDSON
A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Rhonda Fay Richardson will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 1 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Serv- ices, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa. Florida 33605.
Rhonda Faye Richardson was born to William Thomas and Mary Lewis Thomas on February 5, 1964, in Alabama. She was a homemaker and enjoyed raising her kids and grandkids.
On July 18, 2020 she entered her eternal rest.
She leaves to cherish her lov- ing memories: her husband, William Richardson; children, Rebecca Thomas, Charity Backey and Beatrice Johnson; grandchil- dren, Al’yra Daniels, Arina Zim- merman, Romell Robinson, Henry Freeman and Aerianna Givens; mother, Mary Thomas; brothers, Lorenza Thomas and wife, Edie, Larry Thomas and Richard Thomas; sister, Beatrice Durham; and a host of nieces and nephews and other sorrowing relatives and special friends, Lynne Viverette, Rose and Kathy.

Mrs. Patricia Diane Pearson Cruz of Tampa passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020.
Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, August 8 at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Apostle Elroy Huff, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33610. Please follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.
Mrs. Patricia Diane Pearson Cruz was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida, born to Samuel Pearson and Ethel Cole Pearson. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Plant High School. She enjoyed her career as a cook and was employed by Mama’s Soul Food Restaurant.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Samuel Pearson; and nephew, Levi Dixon, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Jorge Cruz; mother, Ethel L. Pearson; chil- dren, Ebony Pearson (Larry), Erica Shorter (William), David Pearson and Joseph Green (Jaliz); grandchildren, Michael, Mi’Kayla, La’Dajah, Ja’Mya, Ja’Nay, Ja’Quan, Shakira, Jay- den, and Zyeire; siblings, Jen- nie, Hazel, Angela, Sammie, Ricky, and Rudy; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

MR. J. C. SAFFOLD, JR.
Mr. J. C. Saffold, Jr. was born on October 27, 1948 to the late Rev. J. C. Saffold, Sr., and Sallie B. Gordon-Saffold. He was born in Gordon, Alabama. During his youth, he was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in Gordon, AL, where his parents served as faithful members until death.
J. C. moved from Gordon, AL to Tampa, Florida as a young man. He was known as “Body Man.” His nickname came from his love of cars and he was the best automobile painter on this side of heaven.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving life partner and wife, Sharon Foster; his children, Jason Saffold, Carlos Saffold and DeonteFoster (Bam).
Prior to his union with Sharon, he was married to Phebe Lois Saffold (deceased). During that union, three chil- dren were born. Jeffery Saf- fold, Sr. (Spouse: Africa Laughlin-Saffold), Johnathan Saffold, Sr. (Spouse: Zola De- laney-Saffold), Evelyn Michelle Saffold (deceased) (Spouse: Al- gernon McCoy, Sr.)
J. C.’s grandchildren from his first union are: Jeffery Saf- fold, Jr., Johnathan Saffold, Jr., Joshua Saffold, Dionnedria Robertson, Jahzara Saffold, Janae Saffold, Timothy Saffold, Algernon McCoy, Jr, Phebe McCoy and Queen McCoy. There are eight great-grand- children.
J. C.’s siblings are: James Louis Saffold, Sr. (Mary Saf- fold), Frances Saffold-Williams (Andrew Williams), Teresa Saf- fold-Melton (John David Melton), Joy Saffold, Sr.: de- ceased (Juanita Saffold), Jimmy Saffold, Sr. and Rev. Terry Saffold, Sr. (Linda Saf- fold); J. C.’s in-laws are: Ruth A. Foster, Glenda Foster, Kim Foster, Tonya Cobb, and Ed- ward Foster; special friends: Entire CB Radio Family. He has a host of loving nieces and nephews, including the greats who loved and cherished him dearly.
