Man Arrested With
Police Ask For Help To Locate Shooting Suspect

Detectives with the Plant City Police Department are currently searching for a murder suspect.
The shooting occurred on July 22nd, at 1:32 p.m. The unidentified female victim was shot while in the 600 block of Bethune Drive, in Plant City.
According to police, 22- year-old Rodarius Re- cardo Young, is wanted for premeditated attempted first-degree murder, first-de- gree murder with a firearm with great bodily harm. A warrant has been obtained for his arrest. No additional

 A 66-year-old man was arrested Saturday after he was reportedly waiving a gun at citizens while walking down the road. The incident took place in Wimauma.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, at 11:49 a.m., police received several calls about a man walking near Railroad Street and State Road 674 was pointing a gun at vehicles driving by.
Deputies arrived within minutes and located the armed man walking south on Railroad Street. The man, identified as Eric Ricardo Felder was still holding and carelessly waving the firearm around in one hand with an alcoholic beverage in the other.
Deputies took him into custody without incident.

Felder was in possession of a loaded .380 Smith and Wesson revolver. He was ar- rested and charged with felon in possession of a firearm, 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, use of a firearm while intoxicated, improper exhibition of a dan- gerous weapon, and resisting arrest without violence.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two individuals linked to a convenience store robbery in Brandon early Wednesday morning, July 29th.
At 6:38 a.m., a male sus- pect entered the 7-Eleven, 1531 E. Brandon Blvd., while a second male waited out- side. The suspect implied he had a weapon and demanded that the clerks hand over money from their registers. The clerks complied and both males fled the store on foot. The exact amount of money taken is unknown at this time.
The robbery suspect was last seen wearing a white and black hooded jacket with a red Nike emblem on the back, red athletic pants, black sneakers and a mask. His accomplice was last seen

Three men were taken into custody last week and charged with illegal dump- ing. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has investigated 17 cases of ille- gal dumping during the month of July. This resulted in five felony arrests.
Within the first full week of July, three men were ar- rested for felony littering. On July 7th, a concerned citizen reported illegal dumping in the area of West Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and South Parson Avenue in Seffner.
The citizen witnessed two suspects driving in a truck, pulling a trailer filled with furniture, couches, televi-

sions and plastic materials. The suspects stopped the ve- hicle near a large dumpster, which was almost completely filled.
They removed the tie- down straps, and at this time, the property manager confronted the two men, who drove away. 174 cubic feet of debris fell to the ground be- hind them and deputies were called to the scene.
The HCSO Environmen- tal Enforcement Unit was able to obtain video of the in- cident and later identified the two suspects as Jessie Howard, 26, and Allyn Morrison, 36. Morrison is a convicted felon. The two men were charged with

felony littering.
During the same week,
another suspect was seen il- legally dumping on July 9, near the intersection of Edina Street and Aley Street in Wimauma.
Again, the suspect was driving a truck to haul furni- ture, boxes, styrofoam, tree debris and plastic materials. The suspect, identified as Carlton Williams, 59, ille- gally dumped 506 cubic feet of materials. Through inves- tigative means, the HCSO Environmental Enforcement Unit identified Williams’ vehicle and an arrest warrant was obtained.
Williams was arrested for felony littering.
