   Florida Man Flies Cross
 Country To Cut Ex-Girlfriend’s
  Boyfriend’s Penis Off
A Cook County judge set bond at $1 million for a 28- year-old Florida man who flew to Chicago and cut off the penis of his ex-girlfriend’s new lover.
According to reports, Justin Foster took a plane from Atlanta to Chicago to at- tack his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend. He confronted the 26-year-old man on the street striking him in the head with a tire iron. He then carved initials into his leg be- fore cutting off the man’s genitals.
Leaving the man in a pool of his own blood, Foster threw the man’s penis over a fence, got back in a car, and drove to Chicago’s O’Hare In- ternational airport to board a flight.
The victim suffered per- manent brain damage and is said to have survived after a passerby saw him on the street and called 911.
Foster’s legal team tried to set the bond for $250,000,

but Judge Anjana Hansen insisted on the $1 million due to how gruesome the attack was. Foster was arrested in Tallahassee on Aug. 27 and extradited to Cook County.
Foster’s defense attor- ney Jack Friedlander ar- gued the case against his client was purely circumstan- tial and there was no physical evidence against him linking him to the crime. Friedlan- der also noted the victim may not be able to even iden- tify Foster.
