Tampan Is Only Floridian To Represent Her Sorority With Google Partnership

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, joins “Grow with Google: Black Women Lead,” a new initiative to pro- vide 100,000 Black women with career development and digital skills training by spring 2022. Over the course of the next year, “Grow with Google” will work with the partner organizations to offer leadership development and digital skills training to sup- port Black women nation- wide.
A Tampa native will be the only Floridian to repre- sent the sorority for this ini- tiative.
Myeesha Harris, a member of Beta Sigma Zeta Tampa Chapter, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., was selected along with 14 other sorority members to serve as part of the sorority's partnership with the Grow with Google program.
Harris is “excited about the opportunity that partner-
ship will bring to our commu- nities. The workshops are for anyone 16 years of age and older. We encourage our vet- erans, military, elderly, high school students, jobseekers, small business owners, or anyone who just wants to learn more about Google to complete the form. We are ready to work with our com- munities and any community organization in the US and abroad,” she said.
