AIKENS
DEACON JOHNNY BOB BLOUNT
On Sunday, March 14, 2021, God called one of his faithful servants, Deacon Johnny Bob Blount, loving husband and fa- ther of nine, home to eternal paradise at the age of 83. Johnny was born on April 13, 1937, in Taldotton, Georgia.
Johnny served as a Deacon at Macedonia Missionary Bap- tist Church, where Reverend Joseph Sykes was his pastor. He enjoyed singing in the Men’s Choir and serving on the Usher Board. Johnny retired as a Longshoreman and worked dili- gently as a Tampa business owner. He loved barbecuing for family and friends, helping oth- ers, fishing, gardening and working.
Johnny was preceded in death by: his mother, Annie Blount; eight brothers, eight sis- ters; as well as his son, Johnny “Butch” Blount, Jr.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Evelyn Blount; eight children, Donna Parson (Richard), Chris- tle Blount (Job), Derek Blount, Erica “Peaches” Oliver (Mardell), Shanta Blount, Renae Smith, Sheila Warren (Paul) and Gilda Price (Sugar- Ray).
Johnny also leaves to cher- ish his memories: 20 grandchil- dren, 29 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; a special nephew, Shalimar Price; special family friends, Claretha Graham, Elaine Bridges, Theresa and Paul Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A special thank you to Hillsborough County Depart- ment of Aging Services and Phyllis H. Busansky Adult Day Care Services for help during this difficult time.
The funeral service will be held at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at 1 o’clock in the after- noon. Interment to follow in Or- ange Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at Aikens Funeral Home on Monday, March 22, 2021, between the hours of 4 and 7 p. m.

MR. EARL CECIL GREEN, JR.
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Earl C. Green, Jr. will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 11 a. m. at Life In Christ Community Church, 9706 North 26th St., Tampa, FL 33612, Pastor Alfred Johnson, officiating.
Earl C. Green, Jr. was born October 20, 1940, to the late Earl C. and Elizabeth Green, Sr. A native of Tampa, FL, Earl at- tended the public schools of Hillsborough County and grad- uated from Middleton Senior High, Class of 1959.
During his career, he was the first African American Para- medic with the Hillsborough County Emergency Medical Service. He received numerous awards and citations for his out- standing training and service during his 25 years to the Tampa community. One of those citations was from the Hillsborough County Commis- sioners for saving three lives when he responded to a fiery chemical auto crash involving twenty-two vehicles on Inter- state 4 in the early morning of November 21, 1975.
Later in his career, Earl was involved in a ambulance vs car accident which led to his retire- ment in 1989. Before joining the Emergency Medical Service, he served in the Navy during the Korean War and Cuban Missile crisis of 1962. Earl served his country as he served our com- munity. He will be buried with full military honors alongside his late son, SFC Albert E. Green at the Florida National Ceme- tery in Bushnell, FL.
He is survived by: his wife of 55 years, Thelma Iretta Foot- man Green; sons, Johnny John- son and Earl C. Green, III and wife, Veronica Green; daughter, Regina Green; 12 grandchil- dren, 5 great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday, March 20th at 10:45 a. m. for the service. Services will follow CDC Guidelines. Masks are required.

Graveside Services for Al- bert Hickmon, III, who passed away March 1, 2021 were held on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 10 a. m. at Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL, with Pastor Torrell Lee, officiant.
Albert Hickmon, III, was born on April 13, 1993 in Tampa, Florida. He attended the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County. Albert loved his family and friends, enjoyed music and he loved hard.
He was preceded in day by: his grandparents: Albert Hick- mon, Sr. and Barbara Hickmon.

MR. WILLIE FRANK DEMPSEY, SR.
Our loving father, Willie Frank Dempsey, Sr., 85 years old, born in Montgomery, Alabama, passed away on March 10, 2021, in Sun City, Florida.
Willie Frank Dempsey, Sr. was predeceased by: his loving wife of 44 years, Jimmie C. Dempsey; and loving daughter, Electa Dempsey-Davis.
Early on, he received Christ in his life and was baptized. He re-dedicated his life back to Christ months before his passing.
Willie Frank Dempsey, Sr. was a loving dedicated father, dedicated friend (if he liked you), dedicated provider that loved working in his yard. He was a member of the International Longshoremen Association 50+ years, retiring in 2020.

A Celebration of Life for Ms. Ollie Lee Allen will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 1 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Serv- ices, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, FL (33605) with Minis- ter Steve Guyton, officiating.
Ollie Lee Allen was born to George McCovey and Arzella Randolph in Tallahassee, Florida on March 14, 1953. She was employed at University Village for many years. She an- swered to the eternal call that came on March 7, 2021.
She leaves to cherish her fondest memories: children: Pamela Allen, Sharon Allen, Nickie Allen, Thomas Bartley, Jr., and Kiara Milton; grand- kids: Dallas Allen, Diaieasha Allen, Kilo Allen, Rashawnda Allen, Crisey Allen, Mario Allen, Chaquita Allen, Anthony McKinnie, Anthanisha McKin- nie, Carranda Cole, Dominque Cole, Veronica Bartley, Thomas Bartley, III, Chantel Bartley and Jada Bartley; great grandkids: Devon Danzey, Ty’leha Sampson, Ty Onaune Allen, Myron Williams, An- thony McKinnie IV, A’Nyla McKinnie and Antonio McKin- nie; and a host of other sor- rowing family and friends.
