MRS. MILDRED L. NELSON
Mrs. Mildred L. Nelson, 76, of Lithia, passed away on March 8, 2021.
Mildred is survived by: her loving family, husband, Bruce Nelson; mother, Rosa O’Neal; brothers, Earl O’Neal and Charles (Juanita) O’Neal; sisters, Yvonne (Larry) Marel, Barbara (Peter) Smith, Gail (Grover) McNeil; and dear friends, Goldie Robertson and Sarah McNay.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 4:30 p. m. at the Bloom- ingdale JW Organization.

MR. CHRISTOPHER ‘ROCK’ ENGLISH
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Christopher “Rock” English, who entered his eternal rest on March 15, 2021, will be held on Saturday, March 20th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Pa- tricia Lambert, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Repass will be held at 4208 N. Florida Ave, Tampa, Florida.
Mr. Christopher English was born on November 17, 1967, in Tampa, Florida to Mrs. Bessie Myers.
Rock graduated from Bran- don High School Class of 1987. After graduating Christopher served in the U. S. Marine Corps from July 1987 to 1991, until he was honorable discharged.
He worked for over twenty years with Goper Resource LLC as a Water Treatment Operator Supervisor.
He loved watching football, especially his Miami Dolphin, traveling, kids, and animals.
Rock was preceded in death by: mother, Bessie Myers; Grandmother, Annbelle John- son; grandfather, Charles Eng- lish, Sr.; uncles, David, Charles, Jr., and Marrion English.
He leaves to cherish precious memories of him with: sisters, Delvie Myers, and Danielle Myers; nieces, Denise Mosley, Jordan Myers, and Jazmyn Wes- ley; nephews, Jeremiah Wesley and Larry Wesley, III; special cousins, Robert Ellenton and Wayne Wilcox; girlfriend, Linda Ealy and sons her, Alexander Ealy; and Marcus McKinnon; special friends, Diane, Karen, Alton, Luis, Avian, Leo and a host of friends and other rela- tives.
There will be a viewing on Friday, March, 19th 2021, at Wil- son Funeral Home from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.

MR. MICHAEL T. BROWN, JR.

Michael was born on April 7, 1975, to Michael T. Brown, Sr., and Darlene Range in Tampa, Florida. After graduating from Hillsbor- ough High School, Michael went on to study Sociology at Savannah State University and the University of South Florida.
After graduation, Michael worked in Community Service for over twenty years. Big Mike was passionate about community and loved what he did for a living.
Michael wed his high school sweetheart, Monica Ballard- Brown, in 2006, going on to have three children, Deon, Michael, III, and Christopher.
Big Mike was a strong, kind, loving, and supportive father. His knowledge and guidance were the foundation of his family. Big Mike put family first, always, and was a dedicated father. Big Mike was a force of nature, determined to pro- vide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved all while serving his community. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world.
Michael T. Brown, Jr., affec- tionately known as Big Mike, of Tampa, Florida passed away on February 28th, 2021.
He was predeceased by: his dearest grandmother, Annie Doris Brown (Granny).
Michael T. Brown, Jr., is sur- vived by: wife, Monica C. Ballard- Brown; sons, Deon M. Brown, Michael T. Brown, III, and Christo- pher H. Brown; mother and step- father, Darlene (Elder Dennis) Range; father, Michael T. Brown, Sr., (Wynette), sister; and brother- in-law, Annika (Warren) Mann; mother-in-law, Joyce E. Ballard; father-in-law, Henry J. Ballard, Jr.; niece, Lauren Mann; nephew, Blake A. Ballard; brother-in-law, Henry C. Ballard, III; special cousin, Adrian (Rosayln) Kegler; aunts, Dian Brown and Carolyn (Keith) Boykin; uncles, William (Rhonda) Brown and Ricky Daniels; special friend, Dackerett (Marie) Duncan; godson, Denali Duncan; a host of special family in Ft. MR. ARTHUR ’OTIS’ GRIFFIN

Mr. Arthur “Otis” Griffin was born on February 5, 1937, in Eu- faula, Alabama, to the parentage of Cleveland and Corene Griffin.
Mr. Griffin was a resident of Tampa for 68 years.
Mr. Griffin was converted and received Christ at an early age. He retired from his business, Arthur Janitorial Services.
Mr. Arthur “Otis” Griffin was preceded in death by: his parents, Cleveland and Corene Griffin; his wife, Virginia Griffin; sons, Robert and Curtis; siblings, Cleveland, Jr., Sylvester, Roger, Adell Jones and Janie M. Johnson.
He leaves to cherish precious memories of him with: children, Mary (Johnny) Pearson, Catherine Cannon and fiancé, Elder Lee Bryant; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Johnny Lee Griffin; sister, Ceola (Charlie) Moore; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

MS. ELLA DENISE HUNTER
A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Ella Denise Hunter will be held on Saturday, March 20th, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Kirk Bogan, officiat- ing. Interment will follow.
Ms. Ella Denise Hunter, af- fectionately known as “Neice,” and “Bear,” was born on October 27, 1958, in Tampa, Florida, to the late James Hunter and the late Ella Juanita Hunter.
She attended Hillsborough High School in Tampa, Florida, and later, worked many years as a caregiver.
Ella was a longtime member of A.M.E. Churches in the Tampa area and was a dedicated mem- ber of St. Luke A.M.E. Church at the time of her death.
She loved her church and served as a member of the Mass Choir, Elvira Praise Dancers, and a volunteer at the Food Pantry.
Ella was also a member of the Classy Swag Club, which pro- vided school supplies for under- privileged children and spread cheer at Christmas time. She loved life, spending time with her family and friends, and was known to give everyone their own personal nickname (espe- cially her grandchildren).
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by: her grandson, Kelly E. Stacy, Jr.; sis- ter, Eula Lee Hunter; brother, Kevin Dexter Hunter; 1 uncle and 3 aunts.
Ella Denise Hunter took flight and gained her wings early in the morning on March 11, 2021, at her home surrounded by family. She leaves to cherish pre- cious memories with devoted daughters, Toni (Shaukee) Slater and Ronetta Turner (Jamil Jones); grandchildren, Desiree Key, Dontavious Collins, Shanetika Anthony, Ronecia Re- vere, Princeia Revere, Ja’Mya Jones; great grandchil- dren, Zion, Kelliah, Kelly, Eri- mas; loving sister, Rev. Jacquelyn Yvonne (Rev. Kirk) Bogen; caring brothers, Shead- rick Willie Hunter, and Johnny Jerome Hunter; aunts, Barbara Moore and Dorothy, all of Tampa, FL; special friends, Willie “Ohio” Turner; a host of nieces, nephews and other rela- tives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Saturday prior to the graveside service from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida.
