leadership of Dr. Rev. C. P. Epps. She served as President of Congress #4 Junior Women Auxiliary and held leadership positions at the Association and State Conventions. She gave up- lifting and motivational speeches at numerous Women Conferences in our district. She also served as a Deaconess, and Choir Director.
Later, she became the First Lady of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church and continued to work and inspire youth and young women. Before her ill- ness she could be found sharing her passion for the scriptures at Sunday School.
Leafie met Rev. Freddie Roberts, Jr. and the two became one on March 28, 1979. Leafie and Freddie had a blissful 30- year marriage. She later ob- tained her Cosmetology License.
Leafie was prceded in death by: her husband, Rev. Freddie Roberts, Jr; her father, Rev. James D. Johnson and sister, Kathy Elizabeth Green.
She leaves to cherish loving memories with: children, Bonita (Edgar) Johnson Moore, Felecia (Timothy) Cohen, Mar- garet (Leroy) Porter and Patri- cia (Robert, “Bobby”) Gresham; grandchildren, Randall, Shanita, Rhea, Timecia, Edgar, II and Destini; great-grands, Za’ki, Darryl, Dexter, Journi, Tyson and Niya; her mother, Essie Mae Johnson; siblings, Christopher Davenport, John- nie Johnson, Mary Johnson, Mildred “Tiny” Johnson, James “Jamie” Johnson, Jr., Lucille “Peaches” Watson, and Crystal Johnson; her mother-in-law, Margaret Long; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service for Mrs. Yu- mica Patterson-Williams, whose life expired Thursday, March 7, 2019, will be held Sat- urday, March 16, 2019, at 3 p. m. at the Center For Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave,. Tampa, FL, where Bishop Mark Jones is Pastor and Pastor Robert Peo- ples is eulogist. Interment will be in the Orange Hill Cemetery.
Yumica Patterson-Williams was born on May 26, 1975 to the late Iv Patterson, Jr. and Cyn- thia Peoples-Myles. She at- tended schools in Hillsborough County and was a stay-at-home mother.
Affectionately known as Mica, she was a giving soul who loved hard and fought even harder. A loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and grand- mother, she will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by: her father, Iv Patterson, Jr.; grandfathers, Pastor Davy Peo- ples and Willie Stevenson; and grandmother, Essie Leslie.
She leaves to bask in the glow of her legacy: her husband, Theron Williams; children, Elontanae Finley, Dhrai (Dj) Davis, Keylonnie Miller, Shyia Williams, Janiya Williams and Tatiana Williams; stepchildren, Sierra Williams and Savon Williams; grandchildren, ReMiya Stringer, Romello Stringer, Renaldo Stringer, Kennard Hope, Dhriah Davis and Ahliya Williams; mother, Cynthia Peoples-Myles; sister, Chanda Patterson; brother, Iv Patterson, III; grandmother, Annie Peoples; mother-in-law, Stella (Hermon) Profit; father- in-law, Theron (Mildred) Williams, Sr.; brother-in-law, Samuel Jackson; nephews, Noble Greene, Giavante Greene and Rickie Davis, Jr; niece, LaDeja Davis; best friends Tesha Lee and Vandora Brewer; god-sister, Tiffany Mojra and a host of family and friends.

MR. NOLAN ‘KNOWLEDGE’ WILLIAMS
Mr. Nolan “Knowledge” Williams of Gibsonton, FL, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, March 16 at 11 a. m. at The Center for Mani- festation, 3102 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL, Apostle Mark T. Jones, Pastor with Elder Michelle Guess, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Nolan was a native and life- long resident of Tampa, FL born to Mildred Johnson and Mack Williams and was educated by the School District of Hillsbor- ough County. He was a beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother.
Affectionately known as, “Knowledge,” Nolan grew up in West Tampa surrounded by fam- ily and friends and he was a strong pillar of hope for the youth in the community. With a larger than life personality, Nolan had an infectious presence that embodied an old soul. He was wise beyond his years. He gave so much to each and every one he touched. He showed us a new meaning to life.
He was preceded in death by: aunts, Nannie Mae Jones and Christine Davis; uncles, Jessie Pittman, Dennis Pittman, Willie Pittman, Leroy Pittman, and Ben Williams; and nephews, Coutrell Jackson and Alphonso “AJ” Johnson, Jr.
Those lives forever changed include: his loving wife, Tina Roberts-Williams; children, Tia Jackson, Nolan Williams, Jr., Noneka Williams, and Tilan Williams; his grandchildren; mother, Mildred Johnson (Luis Foster); father, Mack Williams; mother and father-in-law, Dan and In Chu Roberts; brothers, Al- fonso Johnson (Nora), Nathaniel Williams (Tammy) and Michael Stephens (Michelle); sisters-in- law, Estella Roberts (Vince) and Patricia Roberts; aunt and un- cles, Dorothy Knighton, Alma Williams, Ida Williams, Mary Williams, Cynthia Williams, John Pittman, Willie Williams, and Dorser Williams; cousins, Marvin Jones, Eddie Joe Martin, Earline Randolph, and Jaisen Randolph; and a host of other relatives; special friends, “Team Williams” - Kevin “KD” Williams, Cal Williams, and Mike Williams; along with his Up Top Main Street Family and a host of sorrowing friends.

Homegoing graveside service for Mrs. Wanda Janet Jackson, who passed away on March 10, 2019 will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11 a. m. at Or- ange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Ernest Boone, officiating. Interment will follow.
Mrs. Wanda Janet Jackson was born in Tampa, Florida on August 30, 1953. She was a for- mer employee with Jack’s Cook- ies, Cintas Uniform, Mental Health Center and she retired from Sam Gibbons U. S. Court House where she was employed for a number of years.
Mrs. Jackson attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. She attended Middleton High School and was a graduate of C. Leon King High School.
She was preceded in death by her former husband, Bobby Jean Brown and mother, Irma Adams.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by: her husband, Ekow Taylor; daughters, Chasity M. Jackson- Bryant and husband, Marlon and Sherri D. Jackson; grandchil- dren, Aaron A. Cooper, Kamren Howell, Mia Spann and Dejah Brown; sister, Rosetta Adams; brother, Jerome Adams; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, fam- ily and friends.

Homegoing Service for Mrs. Leafie Bonita Johnson Roberts, “First Lady,” who went home to her Savior on March 6, 2019, will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at 12 noon at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Marc McAffee, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Mrs. Leafie Bonita Johnson Roberts was born on April 13, 1957 in Tampa, to Essie Mae Johnson and Rev. James D. Johnson. She enjoyed a carefree childhood in West Tampa with her siblings. She attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. Leafie played softball with the Tampa Heights Blazers. She obtained an AA degree from Hillsborough Community Col- lege. Mrs. Roberts worked 30 plus years as a Secretary and Data Entry Clerk for Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools, where she was also a cheerlead- ing coach for Middleton Jr. High and was an employee at Tampa Bay Vocational Tech.
Leafie gave her life to Christ at an early age and worked tire- lessly with the Junior Women and Youth Ministries of Mt. Olive M. B. Church under the
