MR. DIRK DIONE TWINE
Dirk Dione Twine of Tampa, FL, passed away on Sunday, Au- gust 15, 2021. Dirk Dionne Twine was the middle child of 3 chil- dren born to Geraldine and John Twine. He graduated from St. Peter Claver Catholic School and graduated from Jesuit High School in 1974. Dirk excelled at basketball and played in High School and Rollins College, where he graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathe- matics.
Like the rest of his family, he valued education and went on to graduate from Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineer- ing in 1980. While at GA, he was a charter member of the Alpha Phi Alpha chapter.
After graduating he worked at Celanese Corporation in Char- lotte, N. C. He subsequently con- tinued his engineering career at Georgia Power.
After 15 years in corporate America, Mr. Twine pursued his entrepreneurial goals and oper- ated and owned health food and construction businesses. Dirk’s main passion was health and nu- trition. He obtained a certifica- tion in nutrition and became a lecturer and public speaker on healthy eating and living.
Dirk Twine was preceded in death by: his daughter, Imani Twine; father, John Twin;e and sister, Deborah Twine Williams (Fayne Williams, Sr.).
He is survived by: his beloved mother, Geraldine Twine; sister, Barbara Twine-Thomas (Henry); six nephews, Anwar Thomas, Quincy Thomas, Ryan Thomas, Henry Thomas, Jr., Ricardo Williams and Fayne Williams; one niece, Geraldine (Keke) Williams; two aunts, Brenda Cobb (AL), Michelle McKinnon; cousin, Caroline Davis (Tom) and a host of relatives and friends.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held for Dirk Dionne Twine at the First Afrikan Church, 5197 Salem Rd., Litho- nia, GA 30038, on Saturday, Au- gust 21st. The interment will be held in Tampa at Garden of Mem- ories, 4207 East Lake Avenue, on Sunday, August 22nd @3PM. We are following all CDC guidelines. Masks and social distancing will be required at all times.

MR. ROBERT ‘BOB SOULMAN’ SCHEIR
Mr. Robert “Bob Soulman” Scheir, 72, passed away, August 11, 2021. He was born in Mil- waukee, WI, and came to Tampa, FL via MacDill Air Force Base.
Robert retired from GTE Sylvania Lighting and was “The Best” Blues DJ on the planet Earth in Tampa, Winter Haven and Bartow, FL.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Elizabeth and Leo Scheir; and daughter, Latayah Lee Scheir.
Robert leaves to mourn: a devoted wife, Bettye; sister, Lynn Scheir and her husband, Ted Sinars of River Front, IL; daughter, Cathy Rhodes, and husband, Lorenzo “Polo” of Mulberry, FL; son, Johnathan Stroud of Atlanta, GA; grand- children, Roshad Rhodes, Trey Rhodes and Careshey Rhodes; nieces, Leah Goodwin, Gail Ruiz and husband, of Illinois; in- laws, David Muhammed (Rosheeda) of Union Springs, AL, John Haywood (Sharon), Ray Haywood (Jackie), Mary Bivens, all of Tampa, FL; de- voted friends, Dr. Phyllis Cam- pagna, Jimmy Lyon of Dade City, Marvelous Marvin Boone and Pamela, James and Joanna Tokley, Ms. Juanita Peoples of Lakeland, Larry and Wendy Michalzik of Menomonee Falls, WI, Lil Raful and Lisa Neal of Baton Rouge, LA, Nyl a Bouie, Eddie Randolph of Lakeland, LaTasha and Guy Jackson of Bartow, FL, Betty Padgtt of Miami, Charles W. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p. m., Friday, August 20, 2021, at Sunset Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior, 2-3 p. m. PLEASE WEAR MASK.

     A Memorial Service for Mrs. Earlease Holmes Miller Mitchell will be held Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 11 a.m., at the 34th Street Church of God, 3000 North 34th Street, Tampa, FL. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
Mrs. Earlease Holmes Miller Mitchell was born February 27, 1921, in Dade City, FL to the par- ents of Roberta Hudson and Ben- jamin Holmes.
She was preceded in death by: mother, Roberta Hudson; father, Benjamin Holmes; uncle, Zerus Richardson; and daughter, Debo- rah Wilson.
She has created memories in the hearts of her children: sons, Russell Miller, Alvin Miller (Kathy), and Ronald Lewis (Myrta); daughters, Velma Ball and Sharon Miller, Ph.D.; grand- children, Alvin Miller, Jr., Anto- nio Miller (Gloria), Andre Miller, (Angie), Sabrina (Roscoe), Don- ald Ball, Jr., Robert Ball, Sheryl Ball, Pamela Jones, (Reggie), Rodney Calhoun, (Ebony), Shiva Ward (Preston), Martin May- tubby, Dede (Ronarda), Harold (Shay), and Tavares; 32 great grandchildren, numerous great, great grandchildren, and a num- ber of cousins.
Earlease worked for the Uni- versity of South Florida, where she retired. She loved doing for others and enjoyed spending time with family. She has touched many hearts and will be greatly missed.
