Chris Pino, Kevin Whitcher, and Megan Zetterberg have filed sepa- rate lawsuits against Everoy Farqharson and Iron Eagle Security after a July 10th in- cident that ended in Far- qharson being arrested.
According to reports, Farqharson allegedly caught Whitcher urinating in a parking garage at 2010 13th Street in Ybor City. A confrontation began with Farqharson using a golf cart to prevent Zetter- berg’s car from leaving the parking garage.
Pino recorded the inci- dent on his cell phone and Whitcher can be heard telling Farqharson to call police or move the cart and let them leave. When Whitcher tried to move the cart himself, Farqharson was seen on the cell phone video shoving and trying to punch Whitcher. Far- qharson then knocked Pino’s phone out of his hand, but it continued to record the sounds.
