MISS MI’KEYCIA RHYLEIGH JAMES
A Celebration of Life for Miss Mi’Keycia Rhyleigh James, who passed on October 7, 2018, will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 11 a. m., at River Hills Church Of God, 6310 E. Sligh Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33617.
Mi’Keycia was born to Michael James and Key-Wonda Archie on December 1, 2017.
She was preceded in death by: both grandfathers, Michael James and Charlie Archie, Jr.; uncle, Kenneth Daniels; and cousin, Luther Burgess, Jr.
She is survived by: her par- ents, Michael James and Key- Wonda Archie; grandmothers, Lorraine Sailor (very devoted) and Hilda James; sisters, Tashiree Allen, My’Keilah James, T’Kai James, Mi’Yanna James, and Ta’Yanna James; brother, Michael James, Jr.; aunts, Ebony Gaskin, Shanita Moore, Brittany James, To- minique James, Shannon Archie, and Charlene Archie; uncles, Thomas, II, Thomas James, Joshua James, Sr., Jonathan James, Timothy Randolph, Jr., Timothy Sailor, and Tommy Sailor; cousins, Shanyah Kelly, Shandrea Smith, Lyric Burgess, Teri Oynna Moore, Marcelino Bank, Jr., Marcellus Bank, Tamirian Gaskin, Tomony Gaskin, Elijah Gaskin, Thomas and Thomarion James, Tomireyah James, Lovejoy James, Samaun and Samicon Jackson, Joshua James, Jr., and Journi James; and godmother, Wanda Reed.
The wake will take place at the church from 6 p. m. until 8 p. m., Friday, October 19th.

MS. ANNIE REE BROWN
Ms. Annie Ree Brown of Tampa passed away Saturday, October 14, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, October 20 at 11 a. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Bap- tist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, with Pastor T. D. Leonard, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Annie Ree Brown was a native of Edison, Georgia, and a resident of Tampa for 60 years. She was a graduate of Blake High School, Class of 1964 (night school) and a member of Mt. Tabor M. B. Church. Ms. Brown retired from Honeywell (Group Tech- nology) as a Soldering Board Technician.
Annie was preceded in death by: her son, Rawn C. Brown; parents, George Pittman, Sr. and Annie Lou Pittman; brother, Edward Pittman and sister, Rethema Pittman.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, James E. Brown, III (Karen) of Tampa, FL, and Eric Lorell Brown, Sr. (Sharon) of Hampton, West Virginia; five grandchildren, Brittne Brown, Byron Brown, Eric Lorell Brown, Jr., Tamara Brown and Djakobi Brown; three great grandchil- dren, Andre’Onna and Bre’Onna Brown, and Malachi McQueen; four sisters, Vir- ginia Robinson, Gwendolyn Scott, Veverly Johnson and Linda Pittman, all of Tallahas- see, Florida; four brothers, Clifford Pittman (Elsie) of Tal- lahassee, FL, George Pittman, Jr. of Tampa, FL, Larry Pittman (Betty) and Tyrone Pittman (Emma) of Tallahas- see, FL; special cousin, Ear- lene Randolph; special friends, Katrine Harris, Viola Wallace, Annie Owens and Mary Knight-Malcom; ex-hus- band, James E. MOTHER EMMA LOUISE HOUSE
Mother Emma Louise House passed away at her home on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Fu- neral service will be conducted on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Cathedral of Faith Church, 6304 N. 30th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Archbishop James H. Howell, Presiding. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mother House was born in Whigham, Georgia, on Novem- ber 8, 1931, to the parentage of Johnnie Alvin and Lucille Green Jones. She was a lifelong resi- dent of Tampa.
She worked for the Hillsbor- ough County School System and Tampa General Hospital for many years and she later re- tired from the Shriner’s Hospi- tal. She was a member of Cathedral of Faith Church for more than 24 years where she served faithfully on the Mother’s Ministry. Mother House was the first Pastor’s At- tendant and she was the Atten- dant Ministry Leader.
Mother House was preceded in death by: her husband, George House, Sr.; her parents, Johnnie Alvin and Lucille Green Jones; brother, Johnnie Alvin Jones, Jr.; three sons, George, Jr., Anthony and Wellington House; uncle, Willie Mitchell; aunt, Lucy Mitchell; and two grandsons, Anthony, Jr., and Wellington House, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories with a loving and de- voted granddaughter, Tracey Michelle Brooks and her son, Marquis Bynum (Amanda); children, Carolyn Brooks, Ophelia Mays (Eddie) and Daryl House (Cassandra); grandchil- dren, Terrence Brooks, Tiki House, Tamara McElrath, Willie and Milton Mouling, Tesra and Tara House, Alfie House, Erica House-Young (Eric), Deedrick and Daryl Daniels and Demetris Bass; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, the Mitchell family and other rela- tives and friends.

BROTHER PULISTON KIRKSEY, JR.
Funeral service for Brother Puliston Kirksey, Jr., who passed away on October 12, 2018, will be held on Saturday October 20, 2018, at 11 a.m., at Mt. Olive African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1904 W. LaSalle Street, Tampa, with Rev. Gregory V. Gay, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Puliston, Sr., and Minner Kirksey; and brothers, Jesse Kirksey, George Kirksey, Albert Kirksey, and Fred Kirk- sey, Sr.; sisters, Annie Mae Kirk- sey, Irene Brown, and Nancy Miller; son-in-love, Waymon Saffore and great granddaugh- ter, Quinmera “Monae” Saffore.
Puliston leaves to cherish precious memories of him with his: 4 loving and caring children, Carrie McClarty, (Donald, Sr.,), Barbara “Jean” Hunt (Jacob), Shirley “Ann” Saffore, and Mar- vin Kirksey, all of Tampa; 9 grandchildren, Tammy Jeffers (Gary), Stevie Griffin, Sr., San- dra Mosley, Reginald McClarty, Sr., (Charity), Brian Scott, Sr., Shelton Blake, Shaunette Luke (Willie), Donald McClarty, Jr., (Aquilla), and Dwayne Saffore, Sr., (Carla); 29 great grandchil- dren; 14 great-great grandchil- dren; 1 surviving sister, Janie Powell, of Cairo, Georgia, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, friends, and the Mt. Puliston Kirksey, Jr., affec- tionately known by his immedi- ate family as Pop, was born on January 26, 1925 in Monti- cello, in Jefferson County, to the parentage of Puliston, Sr., and Minner Kirksey.
Brother Kirksey accepted Christ at the early age of 12, where he was a faithful member of Ford Chapel AME Church. He later relocated to Tampa, where he remained a faithful and active member at Mt. Olive AME Church until his health pre- vented him from attending.
Attheageof16,hewas highly recommended and of- fered his very first job as a Jef- ferson County School bus driver where he held that position for about 2 years. After relocating to Tampa, he later went on to retire from Lykes Brothers & Com- pany, where he worked for 35 years. After retirement, he ac- cepted a position with the Hills- borough County Sherriff’s Office as a School Crossing Guard where he prided himself on ush- ering the “Lil Cats” across the road to school.
There will be a viewing on Saturday October 20, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. (1 hour prior to the service) at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church.

MR. SAMUEL R. DAVIS, SR.
Funeral Service for Mr. Samuel R. Davis, Sr., who passed on October 11, 2018, will be held on Saturday October 20, 2018, at 2 p. m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Elvis Piggott of Triumph and De- liverance Cathedral COGIC, offi- ciating. He was preceded in death by: his father, Jimmy Davis; mother, Elizabeth Pride Davis Gaskin; sister, Gloria Davis; brothers, Allen Davis and James Davis; grandparents, Lucy Mae Pride and Pinkney Davis.
Mr. Davis is survived by: his companion, Nancy J. Washing- ton; sons, Udell Timmothy Trussell, Sr., and wife, Johwani, and Lamou Stoney Bey (Pooh Bear); daughter, Loanna Evertte; sisters, Lucy Edmond and Selma Tillman (Diane); brothers, Eddie Davis (Betty), and Ronald Davis; great uncle, Allen Davis; devoted, caregiver and niece, Angela Davis (Regi- nald Newton); best friends, Lamarcus Stealings and Joseph Spann and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Samuel R. Davis, Sr. was born in Tampa, Florida on De- cember 12, 1959 to the parentage of Jimmy Davis and Elizabeth Pride Davis Gaskin.
He attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of C. Leon King High School. Mr. Davis was a laborer with various com- panies. Mr. Davis was a very outgoing person. Everyone loved him and he loved to make everyone laugh. He loved his family and friends.
There will be a viewing on Friday October 19, 2018 from 5 – 8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home.
