Help Needed In Solving Death Of Teenager
Woman’s Body Found In Ditch
KELLY STACY, JR. .....17-year-old was fatally shot at hotel.
Tampa Police are investi- gating a murder that occurred Sunday, October 30th at Tampa Hotel, 2307 East Busch Boulevard.
Police said at 3:48 p.m., they responded to a call of shots fired at the Tampa Hotel. When officers arrived, they found Kelly Stacy, Jr., 17, lying on the ground. Offi- cers performed CPR on Stacy until Tampa Fire Rescue ar- rived and medics pronounced him dead.
PERSONS OF INTEREST
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday, November 1st at 1:43 p. m., a woman’s body was found in a ditch on the north side of the road, just east of the intersection of 20th Avenue, South and 58th Street, South.
The body, identified as 26- year-old Evelyn Wood- ham, was found by a citizen that was out horseback rid- ing. Woodham was fully clothed, and had suffered trauma to the upper body, detectives said.

Based on preliminary in- formation, the shooting does not appear to be a random act, and detectives are work- ing to determine the identity of the suspects responsible for the shooting.
Detectives have released photos of five men who were at the motel. They would like to identify and talk to these men to determine if they have any information pertaining to the shooting. They are asked to contact police at (813) 231-

Detectives Seek Information On Homicide

On October 29th at 3:24 p. m., a Black male suspect fa- tally shot Christopher “CJ” Dexter, Jr., 25, while he was at 1278 113th Avenue. The apartment complex where the shooting occurred was for- mally known as University Oakwoods Apartments, and is now known as Tzadiki Oaks.

Woman Gets Prison Sentence For Trying To Kill Her Daughter
Adult Critical, Teen Wounded In Shooting
The Sarasota Police De- partment reports that Ash- ley Parker, 31, was sentenced to prison Wednes- day morning in connection with the attempted murder of her 6-year-old daughter.
Parker was sentenced to 40 years for attempted mur- der, and 40 years for aggra- vated child abuse. The sentences will be served con- currently.

Tampa Police are investi- gating a shooting incident that occurred 12:20 a. m. Tuesday. Police said the shooting oc- curred in the 3200 block of Deleuil Avenue, and involved two victims.
Before officers arrived to the location, a 15-year-old teenager and an adult male were transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital.
According to police, the teenager suffered non-life threatening injuries, but the adult is in extremely critical condition.
The teenager has been identified as Dequan Myers, and the adult has been identi-

The child was Parker’s
daughter, and was taken to All Children’s Hospital, and later recovered from her in- juries.
