Alif, ‘The Painter,’ Has Died
The Sentinel has learned that Alif Majied died earlier this week. Alif was known for his painting skills, and was often referred to as “The Painter.” He assisted many businesses and homeowners in the Tampa Bay community with the selection of their colors and
then painted the establishments.

Sometimes, the weather can get pretty dreary, but if there’s one thing guaranteed to brighten up any day, it’s our Spotlight feature. This week, we bring to you Mintoy. This young woman enjoys spending time with her friends, and she is no stranger to the camera. Full of energy and ambition Mintoy knows she won’t stop until she’s reached her goals. City Council To Discuss CRAs In Workshop
One of the items on the Tampa City Council agenda on Thursday, August 8, 2019, 9 a. m., will be a work- shop on the CRAs (Commu- nity Redevelopment Area).
City Councilman Or- lando Gudes invites those who have an interest in how the CRAs work, to attend the workshop.
Greenridge And Delaney Creek Association Meeting
Greenridge and Delaney Creek Association monthly meeting will be held Tues- day, August 6, 2019, at 7 p. m. The meeting is held the first Tuesday of each month at the Winston Park Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay, 7605 Destin Drive, Tampa, Florida 33619. All concerned residents are in- vited to attend; we need your support.
