MRS. ERMELYN EULALEE ALLEN
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Ermelyn E. Allen of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Fri- day, July 19, 2019, will be held Sunday, August 4th, 1 p. m. at Mt. Calvary Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4902 N. 40th Street, Pas- tor Curtis Crieder, officiating. The interment will be Oaklawn Memo- rial Gardens.
Ermelyn was born in New- field, Newport; Manchester, Ja- maica on December 19, 1942. She was born to Vernon and Violet Thompson. Ermelyn was a sin- cere, humble, kind, thoughtful, high spirited and woman of valor to everyone she met, which is wor- thy of mentioning. She always had a smile which spoke volumes about her personality. She was a good listener, spoke up when it was necessary, always in a very tactful way. She also showed com- passion, empathy and touched lives with her generosity and self- lessness. She served as an elder at Mandeville Seventh Day Adventist Church for over 10 years and was serving as the first Elder of Dunsi- nane Church prior to her illness. She also served in numerous of- fices in the church and commu- nity, where she demonstrated a lot of dedication and commitment. In every way, there was no doubt that she gave of her best to the Master.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; stepchildren, Radiu and Enid Allen.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories with: her sons, Joseph Allen, Florida and Volney (Donavon) Allen, Mandeville, Ja- maica; daughters, Marcia Allen Hardie, Florida and Avoline Allen Graham, United Kingdom; step- sons, Derrick Allen (Evelyn) and Kenneth Allen (Beverly), Florida and Errol Green (Nellie), Mandev- ille, Jamaica; grandchildren, Monique, Mona-Gay, Marco, Shamir, Kirk, Jr., Shanese, Mi- cole, Volney Jr., Damein, Patricia, Donna, Michael, Christopher, Be- linda, Marlon, Luke, Lennox, Jason, Derrick Jr., Sherie, Karen Radiu (Nick), Chauntis, Christo- pher, Marcia, Kenloy, Mois, Perci- val, Donavon and Amoy; siblings, Norma Ellington of New York, Melita Allen, Carell Thompson, Ivy Sears of Manchester, Jamaica and Alvin Thompson of Florida; nieces, Sharon (Sandra) of Kingston, Jamaica and Paula Ellington of New York; nephews, Evrol and Fitzroy Ellington of Kingston, Jamaica and Michael McDonald of Canada; a host of great-grandchildren, cousins and other relatives and friends.
The visitation will be held Sunday, 1 hour prior to the service on August 4th, 12 to 1 p. m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Sunday for the service.

Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Jessie Coley, III, who passed away on July 27, 2019, will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 11 A. M. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL, 33610, with a local Minister officiating.
Jessie leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Janie Coley-Archie; father, Jessie Coley, Jr.; sister, Dee Stanback (James); children, Javante’ Coley, Jordan Coley, and Journey Coley.

MRS. ELIZABETH WALKER WYNN
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Elizabeth Walker Wynn of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019, will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, 2 p. m. at First Baptist Church of Col- lege Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street, Pastor S. Evan Burrows, officiating. The interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Elizabeth was born on June 9, 1917 in Tampa, Florida, to the late Everett P. Walker and Ada Murphy. She was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church of College Hill. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, baking, attending church, working in her garden and spending time with her family and church family. She faithfully served in choir #1 as the president and secretary, Gor- don Chancellor Choir, president of the senior adult choir, a member of Sunday School class # 13, Eva Hug- gins Circle Mission, Ida Roberts Circle Mission and she was actively involved with the Jolly Seniors Ministry as she traveled with the ministers’ wives and widows’ to church conventions.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Everett Walker; mother, Ada Murphy; husband, Fred Wynn; sisters, Jessie Mae Walker, Cather- ine Tucker; nieces, Katherine Blocker and Elizabeth Futch.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories with: her children, Mary E. Chisholm and Wylean C. Gilyard; grandchildren, Jimeia Barreiro and Nivia Barreiro (Chris); great- grandchildren, Nyla, Jalise Felder, Jaheim Felder, Malik Clark, Fortune Hinson, Nevaeh Williams and Chloe Valencia; great-great grandson, Assir Felder; nieces, Mary J. Walker, Sonja Thurston-Walker, Carolyn Stever- son and Laura A. Thomas; nephew, John P. Reggie, also known as “Glue,” was born May 18, 1962, in Tampa, Florida, to the parentage of the late Mr. Clifford Knight and Mother Audrey Brown. He attended the local schools of Hillsborough County. Reggie enjoyed football - a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Bucca- neers.
Reggie was preceded in death by: his father, Clifford Knight; great- grandmother, Callie Baxter; grandfather, Charles Simmons, Sr.; grandmothers, Susie Burney and Katie Simmons; sister, Felicia Tillman; uncles, Charles, Jr. and Johnny Simmons; brother-in-law, Curtis Preston.

MRS. MARTHA LEE PHILLIPS
A Homecoming Service for Mrs. Martha Lee Phillips, who passed away on July 15, 2019, will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 2 P. M. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 North 40th Street, Tampa, Florida, 33610, with Bishop Harold Barnett, officiating. The viewing will begin at 1 P. M. with the funeral ceremony to follow.
Martha was born on November 4, 1937, in Stewart County, Georgia. She moved to Tampa, 61 years ago, where it became her home. She worked for Tropical Garment for 30 years, where she also retired. She was a hard-working woman. She was also a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and a friend to most of us. She was a very funny person, one you could talk to, and depend on. She loved to read books, put to- gether puzzles and she wouldn’t stop chewing that tobacco.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Dora Belle Hightower; her sister, Barbara Leonard; her brother, Walter Hightower (Tunk); her daughter, Wanda Phillips; and her son, David Whitehead.
She leaves behind: her sister, Fanny Hightower; children: James Philips, Tommy Johnson, Rosalie Jackson, and Thomas Everett; grandchildren: Jennifer and Moses Owens, James Phillips, James Phillips, Jr., Jeremy and Jermaine Nathan, Michelle, Ronnie, Carletta, Wesley, Whitney, Trevor Jackson and Shika Eden; great-grandchil- dren, Thomas Jolly, and Nila and Jazialmine Kelly. She also leaves behind a host of friends and other family members.
