Manufacturing Services
As we prepare for the Launch of the new 4000 Series moulding required several modifications and additions.
•
A New Engel two shot moulding machine was
added to the line up in order to enable us to
produce the new two shot cover for the 4000
series.
•
The following enabling works included:
-
A New 5T crane in line “C”+ up-grade works
on the “A” Line to 5T.
-
Additional, Water, Air, Power, Feed system
services for 4x Machines.
-
Up-grade works for Power factor correction
capacity.
•
A New Chiller was added to provide back up to
the current chiller.
• 2025 saw two more Yamaha Multi-Function head machines delivered as
part of the Project Reset preparation works.
Work has started on the new warehouse and office block, after some difficulties encountered in getting out of the ground the program is now on track
and should be completed by July 2026.
• In 2025 we completed the upgrade works to the Automation Offices, this
combined the old training room with the original Automation offices
to create a larger office area to facilitate the growth in the Automation
team as they continue their work on Project Reset and additional factory
Automation projects.

• Complete the building of the Warehouse and office program.
• Refurbish the Centre of Excellence.
• Move Bay 44 into Bay 43.
• Build Out Bay 47 A1 for the 4000 Series.
• Convert to a fully in-house Energy Management data logging
system.
