Project Reset
As we enter the final stages of the Design and Development of the 4000 Series the focus is now on validation, Cell preparation and
Market Launch activities.
• BSI testing planned to be completed by the end of the Year.
•
In-house Validation planned to be completed by the end of the Year.
•
The initial Cell is in place and undergoing NPI validation.
•
Fully Automatic cell in place by the end of the Year (but not commissioned)
•
All tools inhouse and validated.
•
Market Launch is planned for April on Select Models.
The Automation team continue to work on designing and commissioning
key manufacturing modules for the 4000 Series Reset Lines that includes a
plastic assembly machine which is the most complicated automation work
undertaken to-date by the team and is a testament to the design capabilities of
the team. Work is also progressing on a new automated thermistor soldering
module and design work is progressing on a dual well CO testing Module
which is the last module requiring Design & Development.
