Electronics & Supervisor Courses
Team Building Group Sessions
Training and Development is very much part of the Ei ethos.
Employees are encouraged to further their training through external
and internal courses.
The Electronics Course conducted by Hi-Tech Training is now in its
6th year and it has proven to be a route to promotion for many.
First Level Supervision is a key role at Ei and Team Leads and
Supervisors participate in First Level Management Courses.
This year, all production operators embarked on team-building sessions,
which aimed to foster deeper connections between co-workers, enhance
communication, and reinforce the company’s values of tradition,
family, and teamwork. The goal was to create an engaging, fun, and
interactive workshop where team members could bond, break down
silos and strengthen their relationships. Thankfully, everyone survived
the treacherous descent from the Himalayas.
