We believe that the initiative should go beyond the scorecard to ensure broad based economic transformation while at the same time delivering ROI for the customer in the form of strategic, operational and supply chain benefits.
We provide a fully outsourced model included in the ESD design and delivery aimed at maximising the impact of the ESD Program on the customer business units. The service is aimed at full Program Design, tracking KPIs, supply chain management, operations and the integration of skills development and ESD development. We have a national footprint able to deliver in all 9 provinces managing budgets, projects and monthly reporting.
As part of the solution and linked to the the customer program we will provide centralised reporting, governance and fund management of strategic initiatives on behalf of the customer.
1. Outsource Functions: The proposed customer program is based on a fully outsourced model with SLA’s aligned to making the managing and tracking of the initiative easier for the customer. The outsourced model will leverage highly qualified and certified consultants and a team of industry specific consultants for specific support. The outsourced model also extends functionality to the customer staff that will enable remote tracking and management of their suppliers and the program itself. To ensure improved BU support the model also includes qualified Supply Chain resources to support the the customer Supply Chain.
